This is my favorite Dunkin? in the area. I absolutely love Angel, she always does a great job and the staff is friendly. I don?t... recommend coming here in the 20 - 40 minutes before school starts since that?s when it is most busy, but other than that, Ihaven?t had unreasonable waits here. Was walking by and I wanted to stop by and get a drink but was unable to order anything because all i carried was cash and you... can only order from the app. All this happening because you want to save on employees. Excited about pumpkin everything and a little disappointed when they ran out of pumpkin donuts. Oh well. So I order my other... favorite chocolate glazed & Boston creme. To my surprise I received all Plain glazed stale donuts. My teenage son picked up mymobile order so I called the store to advise I received wrong donuts and to my surprise the gentleman who answered my call,Wayne I believe, was beyond rude. I understand mistakes happen but just cancel or refund the order right? WRONG. Maybe he had arough day but customer service is important when dealing with the public. Read more
Horrible service. The lady in the morning (I guess she?s the manager) is extremely rude. Order was prepared wrong and she... continuously argued with me that it was correct. I never knew food was supposed to be served frozen. Obviously it was correctedbut with a huge attitude. I?ve seen others have had bad experiences here with her, so I am not surprised. Never again.
