They?ve been super stingy with the frosting which is what makes a Cinnabon great. Most Cinnabon?s I visit drench their buns in... frosting. This place barely puts any on. Majority of the outside is bare. This has happened the last 3 times I?ve been there.I?ve complained and asked them to put a little more since they were making it in front of me and they refused. This was my first time going to Cinnabon. Ive had other fast food but usually my selection is limited because I keep kosher,... this Cinnabon is kosher. I had a less than ideal experience at this cinnabon kiosk. The apple pay check out does not work properly. I told the associate... that this was the reason for the long line. She agreed, then told me the manager has attempted to get it repaired but it wasunsuccessful. This is absolutely unacceptable for a business. If something doesn't work properly, it needs to be fixed, noexcuses. If an attempt to fix something was unsuccessful, you cannot just give up and pretend that it's not broken, even if thismeans paying out of pocket. This is a reality faced by all business owners. The rolls were undercooked and hardly had anyfrosting. I overpaid for a tiny, undercooked and underfrosted roll. I am expected a better product and expedited service when Ivisit again. Read more
