Great place to stop for lunch while riding the trail.
Witnessed a table walk out & the staff handled it with grace. They (the table) had walked in after us & were complaining 2... minutes into their dinner. Shame on them for being unable to wait more than 10 minutes for fresh wings! (Personally, if wingscome out in less than 10 minutes I?d be concerned!) Our server was fabulous & the food is great. Terrible service and overall experience. I would give this negative stars if possible. I waited for almost two hours for a... salad, that arrived without dressing. Waited another 15 mins for dressing. We ordered appetizers and drinks that we neverreceived. Waitress would disappear for stretches of over 25 mins with no explanation of why it was taking so long. When the foodfinally came there was a difference of about 40 mins from when the first person was served (there were five of us) and the lastperson was served. When the check came we were charged for items we ordered but never received. At this point we asked to speakto a manager. The manager was rude, dismissive, and walked away in the middle of the conversation. Walked back to be verballyinsulting and then walked away again. They were not crowded or overly busy. I have no idea if this is how they normally dobusiness as this was my first and will also be my only experience at this restaurant. Read more
Patio dining was nice. All of our meals were hot. I had the Meyersdale Trail Sub (If I said it correctly) it was a steak sub... with peppers, onions, mushrooms and a spicy queso sauce. So good. I will be back!!! Read more
Great beer selection and appetizers. Maybe next time we'll try other goodies.
The potato soup was excellent. We also enjoyed the Greek Wrap and coleslaw. The later was crisp and clean tasting, with a light,... vinegar based dressing. We'd order them again. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. ???? Read more
The Trailside is a must! Walking or riding down the trials? You have to stop in and grab a beer or a bite to eat. You can see... the river from the patio and catch some fresh air while doing so. Wonderful staff and friendly bartenders. If you are in theare, make sure to stop in. Read more
Myself and my fellow co workers would come here regularly. The food is pretty good, and we often have a nice evening. Our group... is typically 8 people. We usually combine tables outside on the balcony. For some reason during one of our visit one of theemployees got very angry at us and decided to talk to a bunch of grown men like we were children. It made us feel like ourbuisness wasn't wanted. It's not difficult to communicate or even put up a sign saying to not do it. All in all - not a badspot , just don't move the tables. Read more
