I was excited about it being newly renovated and have been craving starbucks for a while. I ordered a grande specialty drink and... it was $6.x (more expensive than before) then when I was ready to pay, it was a dollar more, it showed $7.x on the credit cardmachine, so I asked whether that was right since I heard $6.x. Then the cashier said something very sarcastic, he went ?Oh weare so lazy so we dont deserve a tip..?. OMG I cannot believe he said that plus he added the tip himself before turning thecredit card machine to me! That person is totally unprofessional?it made me never want to tip them just because he said thatplus he cheated. Read more

Great Service, Clean Bathroom, Exceptional Starbucks! The workers here are always pleasant, and incredibly efficient with... orders. One time there was a mixup about which breakfast sandwich I had ordered, and they gave me the extra sandwich for free.Also, the bathroom here has been described by a friend as 'the cleanest starbucks bathroom I have ever been in'. I have onlyever had great service and interactions here, and highly recommend it to anyone who needs a quick coffee. Read more
After years of grab and go of great coffee and snacks from the friendliest staff ever, I sat in. I was awed by their board (Pic... 1) listing helplines that would be really useful in tackling the kind of challenges that would keep one drinking coffee all dayin a bid to forget/escape. Read more
This is the 2nd time I order from this store. This time was a completely mix up. The green tea drink was all over the bag and on... the other glass, and it made the green tea glass been at the half. I did the other through uber eats, but wonder if is thedriver or the employees, because it is disgusting and makes you double think at the moment of order from there. As a customeryou expect to receive your items in a good and delicious way, but the service is just trash. I absolutely won't be ordering fromthere anymore. Read more
This has been my local Starbucks for 6 years. It had been so amazing and always a great place to be with very enthusiastic... Baristas. Post pandemic, everything changed. The drinks are hit or miss, depends on what time of the day it is. They closesuper early these days, unlike before when they had extended hours. The personalized decor is always a plus, they have thiscute little board just as you enter the store. Highlighting important dates in the month or just words of encouragement. Read more
Can't give them even one star. The people working there are unpleasant. TERRIBLE costumer service. DON'T RECOMEND IT. The girl... with the blonde/dyed hair that works thier is extremely rude. Not sure how you can hire people like that, and don't payattention as a supervisor how they communicate with their clients. One thing is for sure, I'm not going back there anymore. Read more
