Poor customer service. Called in my order at 10:43 and end up leaving at 11:55pm with no food. First off, it took forever just... for them to make the food I order. Second, they ran out of fries (so they say) and told us after an hour of already waiting. Butcheck this out, I asked for a refund on the fries because I didn?t eat corn (that?s what was offered), the so called managerJania told me that I had to bring the drinks in to get a refund cause I couldn?t keep the drinks. Whatever happened to customerservice? We waited over an hour (1hr and 12 mins to be exact), they ran out of fries (so they say), and she had the nerves tonot let us keep the drinks as a complimentary that was out of our control. Everything was on them and they still didn?taccommodate our time wasted. So I asked for a full refund and Jania has the nerves to act as if she got mad talking under herbreathe. Then on top of all that, she outside in the parking lot, while the time we was there, running her mouth to her friendand the phones just ringing (missing call in orders). It was my first time trying a Wingstop but this location was overcrowded, only had 2 staff members total to cook/take... orders/pick up trash. There are no trashcans for anyone to go ahead and throw away trash. I ordered online and put the pickuptime for about 30 minutes later, when I got there on time I had to wait about 20 minutes for them to cook the fries. As for thefood all the food was okay except for the soggy fries and the garlic drowned wings. Read more
SO RUDE 8/21/22 My wife called and was rudly hung up on because they said there was an hour wait and did not want to take our... order WE CALLED BACK and left us on hold for 1 hour.
