This will be my last time going to this location. There is still no ice (pretty sure that's being going on for close to 2... weeks) The front door was locked with no signage as to why. The staff at the drive through could use a little peo talk. And they seem to virtually run out of nearly everything nearly every... day. And the portions have gotten so small that even a kid nearly needs to order a adult size meal. Read more
We ordered our food online got to the drive through gave the name from the order and they gave us half of our order. Noticed... when we got home 30 minutes away and called the store on wells road over 15 times and no one there knows how to answer a phone.Go figure horrible customer service through the line they can't answer a phone can't get an order right but they want more thenminimum wage. The absolute worst Taco Bell in this area. I tried this place once a week four weeks in a row. Workers are rude constantly. They... haven?t had Baja Blast in four weeks, and they are always out of something else. I also waited 25 minutes in the drive thru foran online order I placed, only to have it come out missing items and my quesadilla was burnt to a crisp. I never leave reviewsand these dudes have driven me to the madness of going out of my way to leave this. Read more
Manager is extremely rude to customers and we left before ordering. We do understand that help is short, but don't take it out... on customers. She told us if we wanted to order there we could order from the kiosk, otherwise we could not order as she did nothave staff to provide counter service. Was rude to my wife a out using cash as well. Zero stars. We are OTR truck drivers and the lobby was closed bc ?COVID? ????and they wouldn?t answer the phone to take an order... from us like any other fast food place does. Go there in the evenings between 3:30 and 4:30. The staff is friendly. The dollar menu just got better with the Triple melt... nachos and burrito. Update they no longer offer the Triple melt burrito. I don't know why? Read more
Manager in the office at 6pm, as the dining room takes on 5 customers, instead of leaving the office to help tells the window... person to lock the doors, which is a fire code infraction (illegal). Two people on the line working, one standing around in thewindow area, and another doing pre-close tasks before the dinner rush even started. Update: No card payments, no ice, no lobby.At this point it seems like the staff is actively trying to discourage customers and sabotage the restaurant. Read more
