WORST service I?ve EVER experienced!!! Jatavious has 0 manners,0 people skills,0 concerns about his job security,0 cares about... anything at all! If you walk in their door you are inconveniencing him 100%!! How dare I order food! I?ve never witnessedanything like it! There was also a dirty bandage on the counter. He don?t want to fix any food for anyone so I?m sure cleaningup after people is more than he cares to do as well! He doesn?t deserve a job scrubbing toilets much less interacting with thepublic! Everything looked clean except for some boxes piled up in the restaurant. The food was good, but sandwiches a little... under-filled. Lots of bread compared to the toppings. Staff was friendly, patient and helpful. I would go back. Read more

Online ordering was to receive order at 12:57 and wasn?t ready until 1:13. Never looked to see how second sandwich was to be... made and made both identical. I can?t even eat anything on the second sandwich. I would suggest never ordering online!! They didgive a cookie, but that doesn?t make up for a sandwich that is wasted!! Read more
Usually great service today was absolutely horrible. Went to the same location Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday this week.... Tuesday and Thursday got the exact same thing. Suppose to be a chopped salad. Tuesday it was made perfectly Thursday I didn'tget chopped anything. They didn't give me one of my sandwiches and then acted like it was my fault. Honestly Pathetic.....WOW I went through the drive through, and I ordered a Chicken Bacon-Ranch 12'' sub (with tomatoes,... lettuce, bell peppers, and pepper jack cheese); I had my order repeated back to me three times! After I took one bite, I noticedthere wasn't any bacon. Went back and showed them there was no bacon, AND THE CLUELESS LADY WHO WAS MAKING THE SANDWHICHES SAID"....wait...,that sandwich (chicken-bacon ranch sub) was supposed to have bacon in it??" The cashier was very apologetic andgave me a lot bacon; so as I got home, it hit me: I forgot that they didn't put any cheese or bell-pepper in it either! 10-13-19 8pm dinner. The ladies in this location were sweet. They were sociable and joked around with me. This is a good thing.... Interaction with customers will make you want to go back. I got a sweet onion chicken teriyaki Poboy. It was consistent withother locations I have been to in the past.
