I like my doublecheese burgers cooked fresh cooked wen after I order it and my fries too but. Management was RUDE! Bathrooms were DISGUSTING! Was waiting about 7 or 8 minutes for employees to stop cutting up with each... other and come take our order. Nobody even came up until we started loudly calling for assistance and THEN was told to use theself help kiosks in the lobby and let them know when we were done. Well we did let them know and the manager catches an attitudewhile asking what we ordered. I said "shouldn't you already have the order if I used the kiosk like I was told to?" And she said"I don't know who told u to do that because the registers are down". Me, not understanding what one had to do with the otherbegan to list off our rather long order only for her to walk off and start talking to somebody else. At this point I had it andwalked out. We stood at the register for 30 minutes while the cashier ignored us. They had our order wrong and over cooked. No straws or... sweet tea. We had to ask the lady behind the counter for straws and she completely ignored us. Then 2 cashiers walked out with along line. Read more
The drive thru was very slow and my burgers were made wrong. I asked for No ketchup and extra DICED onions and extra pickles. I... had no diced onions and only 1 pickle with overflowing ketchup. Was missing some things in my order, but overall it's definitely just a mcdonalds, nothing special, but nothing terrible
