Customer service could had been better.
Got chicken after guy in front of line got off phone with someone telling him what to order! Some people left because of wait!... Lady taking his order kept her cool and was frustrated but remained nice! If someone else there could have ran another registerit would have been good! Got a chicken potpie but there was literally no chicken in it and when I tried to call them they did not answer the phone. So I... decided to call another branch to ask about whether or not the hand mad or was it already made up the lady said they couldn'tgive out the information. Then I asked could I bring it back for a refund n she said she didn't know. I paid for a chickenpotpie not a vegetarian potpie. Thats false advertising. I ended up not eating it. Terrrrrible experience. The doors were locked, so we went through the drive-thru. They took five minutes to answer and when I... pulled up to the window, most of the staff was sitting around on their phones. No one was in uniform and they told me to parkbecause they had to make some more fries. I paid and pulled in. 25 MINUTES LATER, they came out with my food. Unreal. Noexplanation, nothing. Read more
