We have been here on many occasions and everytime we walk in the doors, we are treated with great service! Nothing but great... service and food (always tastes great!). All the servers are very nice, especially Whitney, at the West Monroe, Louisianalocation. When we want a great meal, we know we can always come here and made to feel right at home! ???? Read more

Today was my second time at Denny's in West Monroe. The first time was a bad experience but I always give a restaurant a second... chance. So today was the second chance. I'll start with two good things. 1) the service was good; 2) the food came outquickly. However, this was totally outweighed by the bad. 1) the hash browns were overcooked (actually burned on the bottom);2)the very thinly sliced bacon had zero taste ( it could have been crispy cardboard for the taste it had) ;3)the ham also hadabsolutely no taste (never had ham that you could chew and not taste); 4) eggs were overcooked. We travel all over the countryand frequently eat at this chain. Never had this trouble at any other Denny's. We have never had any complaints anywhere elsein the country. We will never ever go back to this restaurant. This time it's two strikes and you are out!! Read more
The staff is great! Portions are obscenely large. I have enough leftover Chicken Biscuits and Gravy to feed my 3 cats for... days. Very reasonable prices. Read more

I've been twice, and the service is great. The food is not. I definitely won't be eating there a third time, and if not for the... friendly staff, this would be a one-star review. Honestly, I wouldn't feed Denny's to my dog. Regarding the staff, that's howit always is. A new restaurant opens, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Then, after being open for about a year, theplace has taken its toll on them. Managers show their true colors once that "new restaurant scent" wears off. The originalfriendly staff begins to quit, replaced with staff who have either been in the industry long enough to hate life, or are too newand nervous to get your order ready. Read more
