Two times I?ve ordered the simplest Cajun pasta. Clearly stating on my receipt the details of my order were correct and when I... got the food it was what I Ordered but plain. The second time I ordered the pastas thinking someone else would be cooking , whenit arrived to my home in great time I was charged for extra Alfredo and was not given any , I didn?t hit the no toppings I hitextra and my pasta came without any toppings I?m very disappointed I gave it a second try and I will not be returning orordering from chillis in west Monroe food is terrible .. I have to say this was a really good experience. I've been in the past and it's gotten way better. The waiters were excellent... and the food was just delicious. It was cost efficient and it only took us about 30 minutes. Just keep up the good work guys! Read more
Chili?s really let me down tonight. I had to get my food delivered because I?m sick and not strong enough to cook a good meal. I... received my order in a timely manner and the order contained the correct number of items ordered. However, the corn was notcooked today. It was dry and shriveled and very tough. The mushrooms also were not cook at all and had butter on the top. Iguess for me to cook them. The steak was severely undercooked. I ordered medium and received a very bloody container and thesteak barely had any color other than red. Read more
Food was ok..it was really cold in the restaurant.. our Waitress seem more interesting in talking then checking on our... table..one of our dish was dry and cold so we had to send it back..the experience was ok but I doubt if I go back anytime soon Read more

We waited 10 minutes before being able to sit. And of course that was fine but to waited and get the food that we got was... horrible. And the manager really tried but she looked lost. First the food came out cold chicken was not cooked fully. And byethe way bad because I am pregnant. So that could have hurt my baby and second she took it back and brought the same plates ????back. Which bye that time it was dry and the pasta lost it favor. $35 was not a good spend at all. And the excuse was they arenew in the kitchen. I really don't care I want what I pay for. Read more
Went to go grab dinner around 7:30 just to get out of the house. No one was at the podium to greet us when we walked in. I had... to go to the bar & ask did they have a host or hostess working. They told me there was a hold on seating anyone at this time butwould send someone. The hostess came & said there would be a 10-15 minute wait but the restaurant was nearly empty. We decidedto wait which I regretted because once we got seated it was close to the restroom & they claimed that no one was working theother area where the other tables were. The person I was with had to send his food back twice due to it being cold in the middle& barely any food on the plate to begin with. About time they got it half way right we were ready to go not to mention it was socold you could barely enjoy your food.
