I payed for extra cheese in both pizzas and it was obvious that it didn?t have the extra cheese. Also asked for barbecue wings... and oven roasted and that didn?t happen. To the young man who answered my call tonight, you should be ashamed of yourself. I placed an order online for pick up tonight... and noticed the pizza came with bacon so I immediately called the store back to fix the order. Well I listened to the automatedsystem for 29 mins until someone answered the phone sounded like a manager as she was very nice and said she would remake mypizza. I go to pick up the pizza and I expect it?s fixed without bacon. Get home to notice that the bacon was on the pizza andit was never remade. So I call the store back again after almost 45 mins waiting to speak to someone and 2 pick up and hang upsI spoke to a young man who?s attitude was so terrible. He stated that he wasn?t going to ?argue? with me after I asked to speakto the manager because he was not helping me that I was s.o.l because the manager was gone for the night. Attempted to place my order for delivery at 8pm last night and after waiting on hold for over 5 minutes, I was told by a staff... member it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my food. Decided to drive over to the location instead place my order in person.When I walked up to the counter I was told by a staff member I would have to wait between 10 to 15 minutes before I get my ordertaken. After patiently waiting at the counter my order was finally taken at 8:15. My three small pizzas were finally ready forme to take at 8:50. The buffalo chicken Mac n cheese pizza, the cheese curd and bacon pizza and the Ragin pepperoni were veryunique pizzas and I'd eat them again but probably would look elsewhere due to long wait times for ordering and location beingshort staffed. Worst service I ever had at toppers this location only. Look at my pizza. They don?t have any manager on site to talk to about... the experience I had. Toppers pizza area executive should consult this location and make some changes, unless you wanna go outof business. Read more
