I am giving 1 star because I have to. I went there Thursday June 9, 2022. It was around 8:30 pm. They are suppose to close at... 9:30. The 2 young ladies working there decided to close at 9 pm. My fiance and I were ordering many sandwiches. The 2 youngladies were so involved with their lives and what had to be done for Sunday. They were having a conversation between themselvesand didn't want to take time out to listen to what we were ordering. I said excuse me, I don't mean to take you away from yourconversation but I am not done with my order. The one young lady got upset and started to give me attitude. So I gave attitudeback to her but I was polite about it. So she went to the register to start ringing us up. She kept asking the other young ladywhat kind of sandwiches did we order. She kept saying I am not giving any sandwiches away for free. I am going to open all ofthem to see what they are. I told her she didn't need to do that. We could tell her what the sandwiches were. She again said Iam not giving away any free sandwiches. She proceeded to ring us up. She charged us for 9 sandwiches and 8 meatballs in a bowl.We ordered 7 sandwiches and 8 meetballs in a bowl. When I looked at the receipt I questioned her and tried to explain that sheover charged us. I slammed my hands on the counter and said you were so worried about giving away a sandwich, that you overcharged us. I told my fiance to handle this, I am going outside. The young lady at the register told me to get out of her F*****store. I turned around and asked her what did you say to me. Then I turned around and walked out. When I got home to feed myfamily I noticed there was only 6 meatballs in the bowl. They are so worried about over charging they can't get thingsright. They need to worry about doing their job when customers are in the establishment and worry about personal life on theirtime. Ordered today Bread cooked way to long staff always miserable. Go somewhere else people!! Mostly good service....was not happy with how the Italian bread looked this time. I don't visit weekly, more like every other or... so but I am so disappointed that no matter what time of day I go they never have the raspberry cookies and. A lot of the timethey are out of chocolate chip. We like to buy the dozen. I can't tell you the last time I got cookies from subway. They alwayssay either they have to make them or it's going to be another 20 mins. This factor sometimes makes us get food elsewhere. Read more
I guess I got to subway about 12:45 pm. There was one customer at the counter, finishing up. The young lady ask if she could... help me , gave her my order moved to checkout, an other young lady ask if I wanted anything special on it and did I want thattoasted , I said yes and they proceeded to finish my sub , went to checkout and a third young lady ask if I needed anythingelse. I was in on June 9th, 2022 and was waited on by a lovely woman named Carissa. I was unsure on what to order and she gave great... recommendations on what sandwich to order. She suggested the chicken and bacon ranch, which was amazing. I never buy chips or adrink either but she was able to sell me on those too. If she?s not manager yet she needs to be. Stellar service!
