We were told that they were out of several of the soft drinks, straws, several of the condiments, and several other items that... we could not understand from the drive through order. We were also told we had to have exact amount in paying for our food. Whenwe got our drinks we found out of another item they were out of. Ice. Our meal was cold when we received it. The ladies thatwaited on us were very rude. I will never eat at another Wendy's. And you can bet I will tell all my friends how we were treatedin West Memphis. Read more
Another fast food place in this area that doesn't serve food past maybe 7pm. Very rude employees. They are wasting corporates... money and are peak examples why burger flippers deserve $7/hr. Read more
They said they were only serving burgers, didn't have fries. I ordered 2 singles with mustard, lettuce & tomatoes. When we... opened the burgers there was no lettuce or tomatoes & a small smear of mustard. The hamburger patties were the ones that are onthe small 4 for 4 sandwiches. Not the 1/4 pound of beef that is suppose to be on the single that I paid for.They were very dry &hard. I will not go to that Wendy's again. Read more
Terrible experience! Flooring sticky, grease needed changing resulting in dark food with bad taste, they ran out of big patty... meat, no ice in pop machine, and bathroom inoperable???????????? Read more
This is the only wendys I've ever been that has consistently given me and my 2 coworkers crazy gas and diarrhea all 3 of us both... times we went, my fries sucked his burger sucked the other time all of it was sub par, there's a chik Fila around the corner,go there instead Read more
I got fries and a burger, it was okay. The fries weren't very hot and the order took a very long time to get out. I understand... they may be under staffed, but my friend has to get their burger remade 3 times ???? because they needed their burger withoutbuns (celiacs disease). Read more
This Wendy's I went to in west memphis sucked. An employee parked illegally in a handicap spot on the smashed lines. When asked... to move by another customer and then manager, she quit. Food was cold and under cooked, took a while. They had e people fordinner dish and went Dian to two cause one quit. Manager didn't help make any food. Wifi was quite good though. Why it got twostars.
