Food is trash. Watered down drinks, couldn't finish. Tasted like the machines were not clean. Red beans and rice was hard and... gummy. Cole slaw tased like spoiled buttermilk and rotten cabbage. Beignets were warm and no powder sugar. Fries tasted old.Chicken was fried on one side. Almost choked on the biscuits. Couldn't drink anything cause the soda was horrible. No sauce forthe tenders. It seems like everytime I go here they are only doing door dash in the lobby. I mobile ordered, and still had to wait in line 30... minutes and when I did get to the window my food was barely warm. Might as well go to KFC where they appreciate the customers Read more

The drive thru worker was so rude. I drove 40 mins to pick up a GrubHub, & was supposed to pick up the order by 10:03. When I... arrived the menus, were off, & all lights outside were off. The workers were cleaning, and my order was never prepared. Read more

Wait in the drive thru was long but it is what it is. 3 things contribute to that. 1. It's Popeyes Chicken and 99% of them are... packed drive thrus. 2. It was that time of night on a Saturday and neighboring fast food places also had very long lines. 3. Youcould tell, like most places these days, they were understaffed. The employees were friendly and didn't just shove the food outthe window like most places do these days. The food was hot and delicious. Read more

I have NEVER been in a Popeyes location that I felt deserved a review until now in west memphis ar. (My first time here) Super... fast service food was ready before I could fix my drink. It was clean enough that if wanted you could eat off the floor. Foodwas dam near to hot to eat (temperature wise) dine in area is a bit small. Only thing I can see that could be improved leave afew windows addverstisment free.
