Typical McDonald's, but service had really been lacking as of late. The drive thru are ridiculously SLOW!!! I WAITED 45 MINS,... finally I gave up and drive across town to a different one where I could finally get my food, total bs on wait, NEVER USED TO BELIKE THIS. The one thing you used to always be able to count on were their chrispy fries and quick service. Now you're lucky iffries aren't soggy and burger isn't cold. Read more

I?m so sick of this McDonald?s! You can never get coffee here. How can you not have coffee during breakfast? Every time I come... here they never have coffee or they put hot water in the coffee and it tastes horrible. The coffee is hot but tastes like waterso obviously they put hot water in it. Oh and never go late in the day or night and try to order coffee. Employees say thatcoffee is not served at night. This is the worst McDonald?s ugh! Read more

The staff at this location is terrible. They do not acknowledge you when you walk in. If you ask a question they snicker with... each other and walk away. I DoorDash and the manager refuses to put the customer receipt on the bag. They just write the last 3numbers of the order. I will never get food for myself from this location Read more

The drive-thru operator did not get the order right the girl at the first window or on her phone did not take the time to speak... or to say thank you after she took my payment at the pickup I noticed the order wasn't right I said to her I ordered two fishsandwiches one meal and a sandwich on the side her attitude sucked the way she asked for my receipt was very rude it would evenworser when she asked for the second payment because I did not pay for the first sandwich she did not charge me for it the wayshe asked for it was give me your money!!!! I do not know what type of peoples they deal with everyday I was passing throughfrom Oklahoma I know all McDonald's are individually owned but management should be aware of those things and how they employeesact towards customers. We had 2 orders but they didn?t put one thru so i could use my code for an ice cream so we had to go thru the long drive thru... line again. They didn?t give my fiancé the right order and by the time we got to where I could get my ice cream cone they saidit was down wasted my code. Read more

Lately, the experience at this location has been below par. This is the second time I have had this exact experience. I am in... line waiting for minutes, no one answering to take the orders from both lines, and the line is extending out further. Customerswaiting, some driving off and others unsure what to do. I leave the line and drive around by the pay window and the attendant isdoing nothing. I inquired about if they were accepting orders. They said said there was an issue with the headset. I thenreplied it maybe nice to communicate this to the customers, such as put a note on the ordering machine but nothing was doneabout it. That was perfectly fine because there is now better competition. I went around the corner to Chick-fil-A and got myorder in no time. Additionally, the Chick-fil-A's customer service was impressive, and their milkshake machines are never down.This McDonald's and their employees need to all enter one van, go around the corner, and order from Chick-fil-A as a benchmark.This will be the only way to improve, once you experience what great customer service is supposed to be like in order to haverepeat business.. Stopped by Sunday night (8-7-22) on a road trip to Ohio. Worst McDonald's experience ever! I don't post many reviews in general,... more so fast food, but our experience here was terrible. We ordered through the mobile app and stopped to use the restroombefore picking up our order at the drive thru. Walked in through the side door to a spilled dried up drink that wasn't cleanedup. Made my way into the restroom which was filthy. One of the urinals had brown paper towels in it (there is no paper towels inthe restroom). Went into the toilet stall, had toilet paper everywhere. Toilet was clogged and almost overflowing. We proceededto pick up order through drive-thru. They pulled up our order, and said they were out of FRIES!? Out of fries at McDonald's?After the uncleanliness of the restaurant and that, that should have been our cue to just cancel the order. However it wasgetting late Sunday and not many places stay open after that. We updated our order a Happy Meal with chicken nuggets. Asked forsweet and sour sauce... You guessed it, out of that as well. So we asked if they had honey mustard, they did. So we completedour order and drove around. Picked up our order. No napkins provided, one of the hamburgers didn't have ketchup, 2 Hot andSpicy McChickens didn't have any Mayo (makes for a really dry sandwich) and every single hamburger patty was dry and overcooked.And a triple down on our experience, there was no honey mustard sauce either. I know times are tough, hard to find good staff,supply chain issues etc. But there is no excuse for our experience. Read more

EASY TO FIND WITH GOOD PEOPLE: stopped here on my way home. Grabbed a crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich meal. The place had... a nice group of locals and passersby enjoying an afternoon meal. This location like several others is conveniently located offthe exit with no real traffic barrier to accessing it. I noticed other businesses along the area which adds to the attractionfor stopping there. The service was good and they worked seamlessly between handling the window and floor traffic as the flowof visitors picked up. Read more
