Been going to Lenny's damn near everyday for lunch for almost a year. Go see Shaun, he'll get u the best sub u can get and they... have it ready the second u sit down. Like 12 bucks for whatever u want with chips and a drink, fresh delicious meat, and get itwith the hot pepper relish, it's just a tiny kick but has a great flavor!! Always the best service. Always leave full andsatisfied. If u are anything less I promise they'll make it right without hesitation, the entire menu is great and I'veliterally tried every single one! Lenny's is expensive but overall so are most deli's. You pay for fresh ingredients, fast and reliable service, and the meal is... always good. Their customer service is quite good considering how bad fast food in West Memphis can be. Read more

I've been to this place 4 times and out of the 3 my order was never correct. This one location i will never try again .Staff is... too busy on the phone when they should be paying attention to whats said instead of taking the order over the intercom antrying to tell you what you want Definitely rude who ever the woman that takes orders im sure im not the first that hasthese problems with this location . Staff Definitely in need of improvement. Management needs to put their foot down or beremoved as well as some of the staff not all but there is one that is very rude . Read more
