So disappointing. I\'ve been eating their weekly since they open. It was excellent. Last night it was extremely a down grade.... The grilled shrimp was burnt on the outside and raw in the middle and ends. The bread was like an oil soaked sponge. The steakwas burnt on outside and raw in the middle. The dessert didn\'t have the syrup, cream and toppings. The last 3 months it hasincreasingly gotten worse. The servers are excellent. The only thing I ate was a baked potato. Read more
This place is absolutely amazing. First off no kids it\'s in the casino! They simply have the best steak ever. 1 of the best... steaks in Memphis. They also boast 1 of the best lobster chowder I\'ve ever had. I get the same meal everytime die to itbeing so damn good. Service is amazing and the atmosphere whether inside the restaurant or at the fancy granite bar located onthe exterior of the restaurant is amazing.\n\nI will say seating is limited. Open table handles the reservations and I suggestyou make 1 in the am. Many times they\'re so busy they do not do take out. Meal will be on the pricey side but we\'ll worthit. Read more
Just like at Bourbon street before, we were served some absolutely delicious food in a beautiful restaurant. Everybody is very... nice, starting at the \"concierge\" and finish with our waitress Tanya. She is the best! Appetisers were: charcuterie board, oysters. And Main: tomahawk steak, sides: sweet potato and asparagus. Dessert and drinks:... crème brûlée and gin n tonic. They also give you bread and butter while you wait for your starters.\n\nWouldn’t order thecharcuterie board, and don’t recommend it. Had to ask for honey to accompany the blue cheese. Also wouldn’t order the sweetpotato side again.\nPresentation was nice, but we had to ask for it to heated all the way through, which suggested they have thesweet potato dish pre-made, chilled and reheated (understandable), and then the marshmallow is placed on top and either broiledquickly or blow torched to get all toasted. Conceptually great- however the sweet potato dish lacked flavour and the sweetpotato component was slightly warm on outer sides of the dish and cold in the centre. Having said this, the dish was returnedand a new (hot all the way through) sweet potato dish was promptly swerved.\n\nOysters were amazing! asparagus was lovely.Crème Brûlée was yummy. And the tomahawk was delicious and cooked to perfection! Would go back there again just for thetomahawk!!!\n\nWould go back again, but would try other sides and starters.\n\nStaff and waiters were also lovely. I was very excited to bring some people from out of town to this spot and I been anticipating being that we heard about a great... review. We arrived and was surprised that we had the opportunity to valet, which was nice. The casino overall was very nice andthe upgrades you can tell that they took time to make it a great look for the West Memphis area. The look of the new IgniteSteakhouse restaurant was very nice and warming. My party and I can agree that the time may was taking to make sure that theatmosphere was nice and not the service and food. I wanted to have so many hopes for the restaurant and was visiting to see howit will be to be a preferred restaurant in the future to bring more guest, but I wasn’t happy with the experience we had overthe weekend. We order cocktails and they were very tart. Our waiter wasn’t pleasant and pretty much blame and put everythingon the chief and manager when a question or information was asked. When ordering your entrees, we were informed that we can’tchange any sides that’s paired with the entrees which we didn’t understand especially if a person have allergies, have otherreasons why they can’t eat certain items or just didn’t like them. You couldn’t substitute the items and any additionalside was like $7-$8 to add. Once she was able to get one person approved at the table, we waited so long for our food to get itand it be COLD! The crazy thing is that the food was being prepared and you can see them preparing the food. After a time, I didnotice that baked potatoes were just sitting in a line already plated with no warmers or anything in the open in the kitchen. Our baked potatoes were so overly cooked (black/burnt look), hard, and cold. The sides were all awful especially the pureespinach. If you ordered a steak, you either received it under or over cooked from what you originally ordered, and nothing wasseason you basically had to use salt and pepper to eat your food. Was disappointed the NY strip.(steak) I ordered was tough. I sent it back and another steak was cooked and it was over cooked... to well done and was even more tough than the last. I ordered the beef short ribs to go, for my husband, who said the meat wasnot tender either. I don’t mine paying for a nice meal, but it’s a waste of money when it is not satisfying. The managercame to my table and I informed him of my issue. He apologized but offered no solution and I was still out of $147. 00. The ambience and staff was really nice. Food portion was nice. However although my husband enjoyed his pork chop, I didn\'t... enjoy the chicken. It was not seasoned at all. Not even with salt or pepper. A sauce was poured over everything BUT you gotto season chicken or you will smell the horrible oder chicken has and it will not be tender as it should be. The serversuggested the spare ribs. Next time, I know to take the suggestion of the staff. Read more
