The Dominos in West Memphis AR. Customer service is terrible!!!! The delivery driver was rude and when I asked to check my pizza... to ensure it was not cold she handed me the bag to take the boxes out myself and when I asked her if she was going to take theboxes out of the bag she stated "you can do it" I waited over an 1 1/2 for the order. I informed the driver I did not want thepizza, I called the store at 9:18 and I am still waiting, not to mention someone hung the phone up prior to so I had to callback and Im still waiting for someone to answer. The manager name is Mindy. I used my card and im requesting a refund and it isnow 9:41 and still no one will answer the phone. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Read more

Only one suggestion but not a... complaint, I feel that answering phone and taking orders could be done a little more professional. The esau (so called white) woman is terrible as expected of those people. She is unprofessional and horrible sounding and... probably as ugly as her attitude. She is overly loud and ignorant. I called to request more food. I understand their place wasunable to redeliver due to lack of staff. My order was completely wrong and she did not apologize. pizza was so greasy the box fell apart. it was also way over done. bread was chewy and crust was like a rock. parmesan bites... were overcooked and actually crunchy instead of soft. Read more
We eat Dominos once or twice a week at home. Tried this Dominions despite the bad reviews since it was the closest one. That was... a mistake! Bread sticks were burnt and hard as a rock. The Cinnamon Sticks were the same. Meanwhile the pizza was cool tolukewarm at best. Worst Domino's experience I've had. We love Dominos, but this location earns it's bad reviews. Read more
