We stopped here on our trip to Texas at approximately 8:00 a.m at this Cracker Barrel. Upon arrival no hostess to be found.... Finally the shop attendant seated us at a booth. The hostess shortly arrived and gave us menus. I noticed other than us therewas only one other seated patron in the entire restaurant. We sat and sat.. waited and waited, noticing employees walking allover the kitchen area (4-5) just talking and really doing nothing at all. Two employees were in the shop with zero customers.After sitting maybe ten minutes we decided to leave this one customer behind. No one said a word as we exited the shop area.Believe me I love Cracker Barrel but this location was like visiting a alien ???? world unknown to mankind. Read more
Waited a long time to get seated and was ignored over and over and then the same thing happened when I got seated to order had... to flag someone down. Had to find my own high chair and silverware. Once I got my grilled chicken with 2 sides of okra andchicken and dumplings the chicken and dumplings were cold. I was too hungry to wait for someone to send back to warm up. Cornbread and biscuits at any location are terrible. The waitress was very nice but a lot of other people were rude. Read more
I would love to know who is keeping this restaurant open?!? Poor service and worst food. I was craving pancakes after work last... week and while looking for curbside ordering restaurants nearby, Cracker Barrel was the only option. Dennys wasn?t acceptingcurbside and I didn?t want to wait nor did I want to get out because I was tired. I downloaded Cracker Barrel?s app and orderedthe Ranch Chicken (which was just fried chicken w/ranch seasoning sprinkled on top), broccoli casserole and two pancakes. Ipulled up (10 mins after estimated order completion) and clicked the button indicating I had arrived. Ten mins later, I calledinside to inquire about a timeframe and was told they would have it out as soon as possible. Fifteen mins later, (total 25 mincurbside wait) I go in and find two workers behind the desk. One was walking off as I was approaching and the other was juststanding there looking into space. Beside her is a shelf w/my cold order and another order. I tell her I?ve been waiting for 25mins and no response outside of ?what?s the name?. She checked me out and I took the $18 worth of cold food home. The one staris for the portion size and because I can?t give 0. There was enough food to feed two people. The broccoli casserole was adisgusting cups of mush. I was hoping for Cheddar?s quality but it wasn?t even close. The pancakes were dense and tasted likesalty cornbread. I?ve never tasted nasty pancakes until that day. The chicken was decent and the only edible thing that didn?tget trashed. My last encounter w/Cracker Barrel was 10 yrs ago and it was bad then but not as terrible. I quickly deleted theapp and will never eat there again. BELIEVE the reviews! Read more
Do not eat here. The reviews for this place are spot on. The picture here is how my plate arrived. My husband ordered country... fried steak and white gravy. The gravy was cold, watery, and not even mixed well. There were CLUMPS of gravy mix. We had nosilverware, no biscuits, and the server wanted to argue with us about the gravy. When we finally got the check to leave therewas no one up front so we patiently waited while the clerk was talking to some guy in the store section. She straight looked atus and said hold on while she went to the kitchen and didn?t come back. I had to go find her. I have never in my life beenserved a plate of food that looked like this and never have had such a terrible experience with Cracker Barrel. The manager ofthis store, Joel, worked to correct the situation by bringing us a more suitable plates of food. When I went to find missingstore clerk, Joel was working the kitchen. Food was the standard great Cracker Barrel food. The service was the worst I have ever experienced at a Cracker Barrel. ... Caramel lattes were posted as a special, so my daughter ordered one. After waiting a half hour and receiving none of ourdrinks, the waitress said my daughter would have to order something else. Waitress was NOT trained well at all. We waitedanother twenty minutes after finishing our food and never did receive the check. Went up to the front counter to have them lookit up, but the cashier had no clue what to do. After finally getting our check brought to the register, I was in such a hurryto just pay and leave, I didn't realize that latte was on the check. I highly recommend skipping Cracker Barrel when you are inWest Memphis. I know I will never go back. Read more
Great job!!! We had a Jacques as our server and he was super professional! The grandma and grandpa meals were so perfect!
Our food was delicious and fixed how we asked. Our waitress Laquesha done an excellent job. Everyone was nice.
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering here. It looked convenient from the hotel next door. I ordered for curbside pickup.... I arrived and called the designated phone number 6 times. Nobody ever answered. Because I had walked with my dog I had a majordilemma about how to get my food. I eventually had to ask a stranger to watch my dog so that I could go inside and pick my foodup from the counter. The clerk said they have nobody working carryout tonight. Don?t offer curbside pickup and then make itimpossible! Read more
