No stars! We sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes, got to the speaker at 10:24, breakfast still on the menu board, just to... be told by the manager that they are serving lunch... mind you breakfast is still on the menu board!!! You cant go inside atthis location. You HAVE to do the drive thru. Read more
If it wasn't for the lovely cashier inside it wouldn't even deserve 1 star. I went in and dined the first time. I went back... later on to get a milkshake.... I was in the drive thru line for 30 minutes just to be told that if I'd like to wait 30 mins tilthe machine is done then they can assist me... Stopped by with my family on our way on vacation, service was horrible as the lady taking our order was very rude and rushed us... quite a bit. Food was decent but took a while to get our food. Had to ask multiple times for cups. The workers there reeked ofMarijuana. Tables were disgusting and looked as if they hadnt been wiped off at all. Read more
Service was very slow an I do mean slow. They had no ketchup and evidently no salt. A meal for three people consisting of 3... double whoppers and 3. Fries , 3 large drinks Cost $40 bucks and about 20 -25 minutes of time at least. And it wasn't the bestor even close to being near the best or even good. It was edible but that was about that. Given the wrong food & drinks at the window, so we explained what we had, they took all the food back into the window, tried to... show our receipt (wouldn?t look at it) handed us a new bag and shut the window. Pulled up to check bag, burger was incorrect sowe took receipt & went inside. Yelled at us and wanted to know what was wrong and what was on the burger. Opened it up to showthem and they snatched it yelling ma?am give it ma?am ma?am just give it. Snatched the receipt. Gave us a patty on a bun andsaid you didn?t pay for the cheese. We ordered a whopper (which comes with cheese) asked for meat and cheese only. She yelledagain you didn?t pay for cheese. So we just left. We weren?t mad about the food mix up. While not the newest BK in the country, it is well kept, clean and staff was quick and courteous. Outdoor seating could use a... power wash but it is clear of any trash. Restroom was very clean and smelled okay. The beverage bar could use a tidy up but itwas well stocked. Food cooked fast and to order. Good job. Read more
Drive threw, nicest young lady at window.. burger bun was cold and the cheese wasant melted but I was in hurry.. the employees... attitudes are 1000 times better so I'm ok with a cold burger.. has stopped going for a long time ,due to rude employees.. I knowthey would have fixed it had I asked.. but the smiling faces and nice attitudes.. will definitely be going back now Read more
