Popeyes gave my dasher the completely wrong order this was about 7:30 pm I received the order at 8 I call the store twice and... got no answer I decided to drive there myself. Doors were lock but year there were workers inside, I got her attention andpointed towards the Popeyes bag I was holding she motioned me to go to the drive through which there was a line so she expectedme to wait in the drive through for a obviously incorrect order , waited and got no response on the intercom I drove to thewindow and was told they were closed at 8:45 when google says open till ten when I explained the issue and that I was the onewho ordered it and not the dasher and I had driven up here to get my correct order they said my order is not here and they nolonger have any more food left after I spent over $80 on door dash This is absolutely unacceptable I feel like everything Ideal with this Popeyes it?s a issue Read more

This restaurant never follows through if they do not give you the right order they will tell you that on your next visit they... will give you your order on the house but when you go to get it they can not remember you and they have poor customer service.I have tried both Popeyes in Palm Bay Florida and the customer service is not good at all. Fried chicken sandwiches cool and chicken dried out. No where near the picture. We had a chicken sandwich at another Popeyes in... Springhill Florida and it was the best ever. Huge and crisp! For got our French fries so I went to the counter I got a smallhalf filled order. We ordered an unsweetened ice tea. We got a sweet tea. Don't think we will go back. People just don't careanymore. One of the slowest drive throughs I've ever been to. I went there and sat in line for 10 minutes. Finally got to the speaker to... place my order and the employee told me they were closed. I told her the sign said they didn't close for another 15 minutes andshe said they were closed again. I asked why the other cars were able to place orders and she said because they had been inline. I explained I was in line just like everyone else and she turned off the speaker. Went back a second time. Waited foreverin line again. I was able to order food this time and when I rolled up to the window half the employees were just sitting arounddoing nothing. This location has terrible customer service. Read more

We have been sitting in the drive through for 40 minutes. Several cars have already left but we stuck with it just for this... review. Got to the intercom and no one spoke a word for 5 minutes. Customer service is poor. No receipt available at the windoweither. The reason no one responded on the intercom is because she waited until she had given the food to the car she just tookthe order from. This place is a mess. She handed us our food and only then did she ask the car that was after us what theywanted to order. Read more

I'm highly disappointed in this Popeyes location, no organization, manager was sitting down in the lobby for 20 plus minutes... while the rest of crew doing I guess you would call working. Only person communicated with us was the cashier and she had tostop what she was doing to fill orders. I ordered online and pickup was 6:46 pm, mind you I arrived at 6:30 and didn't get myfood until 7pm with no type of apology or anything. This will be my last time ordering from here. I'm patient but this isridiculous, I ordered online to avoid the wait.
