I normally don't complain until I get 3 bad orders, How often do you have to forget items in my order? I mean come on I get home... and I'm the one that gets yelled at for something missing that's on the receipt. It's been twice I've ordered on mobile waited10 minutes and started rolling out to arrive in about another 10 minutes. Get told " you need to wait" Last time I was told Ineeded to wait on biscuits when I didn't order biscuits. So I waited another 20 minutes. The lady takes off I guess her shiftwas over... "What are you waiting up here for ? " For all those dubbed captain obvious the food I ordered 40 minutes ago..., ButI'll wait another 20 minutes because biscuits dictated whether or not a mobile order goes through...she puts it in and finallyget to leave after completing a full hours wait time. It's just slow I mean I don't know what the deal is w these chicken places but it's just slow. Great location tho n the staff... is above average. Always fresh and perfect tasting. Great restaurant in Melbourne. This restaurant is located on the south side of US 192 and is constructed as a stand-alone... building at the front of the Publix shopping center. This is both good and bad. It is good because there is plenty of parking.It is bad because traffic can be challenging, so be careful driving or walking to and from this location. The restaurant looksremarkably new inside. It supports a drive-thru and dine-in eating. I have only been to a few restaurants of this chain but havebeen impressed each time and this one was another excellent experience. The staff was friendly. Ordering the meal was easyinside the restaurant. Their online ordering was not the same experience. The lobby was clean, spacious, and very tastefullydecorated although there seemed to be limited seating for about 40 people. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich meal. Thiscomes with the sandwich, 1 side, and a drink. I ordered it with red beans and rice for about $10. It was a little bit spicy butprepared quickly and absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this place to anybody wanting a good meal. They are knownfor their Chicken, Tea, and biscuits so be sure to get one or all three of these when you visit. Enjoy! Read more
