Omg the line moved decently slow. But then to wait for over 5 minutes at the window just for fries. Thanks. They were nice n hot... but should've parked us and let rest of customers get food or does everyone wait long for everything ? ???? Read more
We ordered 2 large fries and they filled both of the large containers halfway. We also ordered 4 Big Macs and they gave us 2.... Not going to that McDonald's again. Read more
Went there for 1 bag of ice and 1 LG black iced coffee, left with no ice, no drink and no refund. I was informed they no longer... sell ice at the speaker. Bummer, because McDs ice is the best! Pidgin for my order @ 1st window, asked " Wh6re you guys notselling bags of ice anymore? " I was told , Hey , I just work here." OK, LOL, so I'm waiting minutes at 2nd window, andobserve someone tell the girl at window to pour the orange decaf pot of coffee over ice...so I get her Attentin and tell herthat's not what I ordered, she tells Manager, he's upset, I ask for refund, he's at front counter register, then they don'tknow how I paid, etc etc etc. He is apparrently inconvenienced that i ordered an item ,that they could have told me they didnthave, or parked me to wait. Finally, I told the girl, " I'm leaving, for $3, It's not worth my time to watch this incompetence. IT takes 5 minutes to brew Iced coffee. I would have happily parked. OBVIOUSLY this manager was not qualified to run a shift byhimself. I will not be back. Read more
One of the only McDonalds in the area where the frappe machine wasn't down. Unfortunately they didn't even attempt to clean it... and there was strawberry/banana smoothie mixed with my frappe. I am allergic to both strawberries and banana. If the containerhad been at least rinsed, bare minimum effort, it would have been fine but it was like they just put the frappe stuff in on topof leftover smoothie. I took a benadryl as soon as I tasted the strawberry but still a very disappointing experience. Read more
I go to this McDonald's all the time. Today was the worst service that I have ever had there. 21 minutes in the drive-thru line.... Even the guy at the window told me that there was no employees that showed up today. What a great thing to tell somebody that ispaying for their food and is expecting to get something worthwhile to eat at the next window. And, I ended up getting the worststomach ache after I ate. I should have known better than to paid for it after what I heard at that window. I don't think he'llbe going back there for a while, like a long while. Read more
If you like greasy sandwiches then this is the place for you. Had to repeat myself many times at the drive through. After each... item the person kept asking "is that all" like my order was too much for them... I ordered 2 meals. My double quarter wascovered in grease and when I picked it up it was like a faucet was running out of it pooling into the box.... not sure I'm goingback anytime soon! Read more
very unhappy with my experience here. employees were very rude. i simply requested a medium wild cherry slurpee and the employee... snapped back saying that they don?t have it when it was on a billboard on the menu.. so i asked for blue raspberry and when wegot the the window they said they don?t have that either and got a very rude attitude. will never return. ????
