We like Arby's but unfortunately this location Arby's is very dirty and smells bad. We just walked out couldn't eat there. I'm... not sure what happened.... it use to be ok. My suggestion would close for a week and clean it. Won't be back. Go look at subwaydown the street it's clean and excellent service. Read more
To start with, I normally don't give a 5-star review to a fast food restaurant if I use only the drive-thru. 4 stars are max.... This time, however, I'm making an exception. ¶ I was pleasantly surprised to find this Arby's open a day after Hurricane Ianpassed. Even so, it wasn't very busy, and it was still fully stocked. There was one item I wanted they had just sold out ofright before I got there! No matter, I found something else equally as tasty. Everything else I ordered was also very tasty. ¶Many kudos to this crew opening this restaurant a day after Ian, especially as the nearby Wendy's, McDonald's and Popeye'sstores were still closed. All Arby?s are alike, right? W R O N G I utilized the drive Thru. No issues, service was quick and I pleased. Until, I went to... eat my Arby?s Roast Beef sandwich??.it was horrible! The bun was very dry and there was barely any cheese and by NO means, wasthere even close to the amount of meat that other locations put on a bun. Chicken bites were so greasy we could t eat them. Kathleen from Arbys on New haven took my order. I got a Mac and cheese, 4 piece nuggets. The Mac was creamy and fresh. The... nuggets were hot and crispy. She made sure I had sauce and some napkins. What an epic and incredible disappointment! I placed a Door dash order for the new Waygu burger as well as a Reuben combo that... includes fries and a medium drink. When the order was delivered, all that arrived was a pitiful bowl of lettuce, ketchup packets(who the heck puts ketchup on a salad?!?!) And small, totally flat, warm soda... What the heck Arby's!!!! You had a wonderful staff Halloween night! Polite, courteous to our wait and so nice to us after a long night of trick or... treating.
