I used to eat from here all the time a few years ago but man has the quality gone down and the people that work there are just... plain stupid. Every few months I think maybe I can order here again and nope! Always getting my order wrong. Asked for aporkroll, egg & cheese sandwich, add sausage & bacon to it and they literally only put sausage&bacon on it. My omelette wasbarely cooked and the bacon tasted sooo funky. My boyfriend and I are completely done with this place. Waste of time and money,couldn't eat it and lost my appetite. Read more
Terrible customer service . My company orders from here at least 1-2 a week over $50-70 each time . I placed a group order . A... California panini replacing the bacon with Turkey bacon (religious restriction) . And an energy drink . My colleague picked upthe order . My order was missing the bacon & she forget the canned drink . Up charge of $2.50 for bacon & $3 for the energydrink . I called thinking it would be resolved easily . I was told I ?can not be refunded for 1 item? . I mentioned the drinkand was told ?it?s not our fault you forgot the drink.? I was told I can get the refund in CASH only for the bacon and the drinkis my responsibility. The response is unreasonable and borderline fraudulent. A refund should be processed for anything in thesame manner . It?s poor customer service to say it?s my fault I forgot the drink , when it?s unopened still on their counter. So in the end they made money off my order . I will never order from here again and will always mention the terrible attitudethey give when it comes to correcting simple mistakes . Read more

Worst breakfast sandwiches in NJ! We all know that NJ is known for a killer pork roll and meat sandwich?right?! Well, my husband... and I accidentally ended up at Joe?s while down the shore. We ordered two pork roll and cheese sandwiches on everythingbagels. 1. The sandwich was cold. 2. The cheese wasn?t even melted. 3. The bagel was hard and tasted old. 4. The pork had noflavor?how?!
