Today I had a horrible experience at this Dunkin. The lady who was serving didn't give a straw with pumpkin cold brew, the two... avocado toast were poorly made- wasn't even toasted. We asked for two muffins at the serving counter and she said there's a bigqueue and I'll have to go around again to order that. This was so rude and we felt like we ended up wasting $25. I usually don't have any issues with DD but my last visit was terrible!! The line was super long, my order was incorrect twice... and then when I went back in the drive thru line the lady at the window claimed I didn't pay for my order!! BTW they neverprovided me with a receipt as well. Overall I did get my RIGHT order but never going back again. Read more

All you can expect from a Dunkin Donuts, fast service, ample variety of donuts (especially during the day on peak hours), hot... coffee always available. The staff is helpful and friendly enough, while keeping the line moving. Good stop for a cup of coffeeon the go Read more

This Dunkin' Donuts' Google page says they are open until 8:00. I got there at 4:50 and tried to order an iced caramel latte.... The staff there told me I couldn't get any lattes or anything out of the machines because they're getting ready to close. Iunderstand staffing is tough nowadays And sometimes you have to close early. And I know it takes a certain amount of time toclean the store. But I would think you would shut down machines and clean the store after you close So as not to miss out oncustomers or frustrate the customers. After reading some recent reviews, I guess it's just par for the course for this location. Read more

Brianna the manager was passive and rude when I addressed why the drive thru with more social distance was far more speedy than... the inside. Carl was the only one of assistance. Again rude and obnoxious *** update. My order was so offensively wrong... I do not eat bacon for religious reasons. it had bacon all over it .... so a waste of 30 mins for a coffee andsandwich and now I?m not going to eat my blood sugar will drop and what follows next is up in the air. Went to this Dunkin Donuts and was extremely disappointed. It's very rare that I write bad reviews as sometimes places have bad... days like anyone else. I ordered a Blueberry Muffin from here today 1/29/2020, and to my surprise the muffin was raw inside. Iwould think that, the one thing, whoever made the muffin, could make sure of, or have down to a science is that the muffinsaren't raw. I took a bite out of it and had to spit it out! If I didn't live15 minutes there I would have definitely returnedit. You guys have to do better with training and insuring customer's food is properly cooked! If mine was raw, that means thewhole batch was raw, I'm sure someone complained, yet they remained on the rack smh Read more
