Person who took my order was unfriendly with saying anything else, anything else, pull forward. Food tasted like it was made 3... days ago and slopped together. Hamburger buns tasted old and hardened. The hamburger patty was hanging off the burger on boththe cheeseburger and Big Mac. Avoid this location. Fries and drinks were good so 1 star for that. BURGER KING; NOT McDonalds!!! The food was great. Those little tater tot hash browns had great flavor and were nice & crispy! I... had never had a BK breakfast before. I also really appreciated them making a substitute for the meat. (as I don't eat meat) Theman working the Drive-Thru was very friendly. The only thing I would say is that if the lobby door is locked, there should be aLarge sign with BIG writing to say 'LOBBY CLOSED' I watched countless people park & walk up to the doors, only to find themlocked. It was late and I needed a delicious hot meal, and that is exactly what I got. The guy who took my order, he had what I would... describe as, mop hair. It almost looked as if he dunked his head in the fry grease and smeared it all over his head! Anotheryoung man named Kennith Geidl- ginger boy gave me the best experience of my entire life! I placed an order on the mobile app in the parking lot at 10:53 pm, then pulled up to the drive thru as an option for pick up.... At 10:57 over the intercom someone said, "Welcome to McDonald's, may I take your order?" I gave them the mobile order number. Them the clerk said, we are not taking anymore orders We are closing." Then silence... They were taking an order from the car atthe other drive through window. Read more
I only eat breakfast at McDonald's or maybe get some fries occasionally for a snack. The breakfast sandwiches are pretty good.... The customer service is generally very good. I really wish the breakfast hours were accessible. Read more
i came in to the location at 11 AM, the busiest time of the day, and expected a long wait for my food. contrary to my... expectations, my food only took 5 minutes to make and be handed to me, mainly thanks to Kenny Geidl. he was so hospitable andmade my experience an enjoyable one. he made sure i had everything i needed and that i received my food in a timely manner. notonly that, but my food was perfectly intact and fresh upon the time of consumption, which is something that i greatlyappreciate. as long as Kenny is working there, i will stay as a longtime customer. I was there 40 minutes before closing on a Friday night ( Edit: online says drive thru 24rs , but signage says midnight ) Not... busy surprisingly. Me , a car next to me and one at the window. The drive thru lights are on but no one is home ? . I askedthe people next to me, who'd been there first if they'd been helped yet ? As they said NO Then someone yelled from thebuilding " Shut up N1gga we busy ". I left. I gues they were busy lol . Night shift weekday guy sucks. Building says the drive thru is open 24/7, dude inside was there at 1:15 a.m. though the lobby... closes at 11 p.m. - he claimed that "everything" was closed down, but didn't even bother to have the lobby door locked. When wewalked in through the unlocked front door, he was rude and accused us of breaking into his UNLOCKED lobby, following us out andreopening the door three times to shout arguments at us about how it was locked before we walked in? We were there for an Uberorder, nobody has time to break into a sub-par McDonald's while they're working. Do not recommend, especially not for goinginside, drive thru is definitely NOT 24 hours and employees are rude and unprofessional. Big ???? Read more
