Manager is extremely rude to other employees, making them do things that they don?t need to do for very bad pay. Extremely lazy,... rude and uncaring for employees well-being. As a customer this is very startling and not comforting to watch. Genuinely do notrecommend this establishment. Very rude when ringing up customers also. Personally I do not want to see mistreatment in a workplace, especially one that I was going to let my beautiful teenager work for. Extremely disrespectful and horrible management onur part Evan or however you spell it. Do not treat your customers or fellow employees like dirt! Read more

The manger named Evan. at the Westlake location, was very rude. There was no yogurts ready and he doesn?t do anything just plays... on his phone in the establishment instead of working . And yells at his poor employees. He doesn?t care about anyone buthimself. He should be fired. Read more

I have been a regular at this location for a few years since I go to UT and love stopping by here with a few of my girl friends.... I have been really debating on writing a review in hopes that if I waited they would correct themselves or maybe it was just anoff day for them, however, it seems that management (in particular Evan) doesn?t seem to really care about the quality of thefood being served or the service being provided. In regards to quality of food, there have been multiple times when I ordered raspberries as a topping where I find literal mold in them so it seems like no thought is going into the prep. In addition tothat, I was there not too long ago trying to order an original (since that?s my go to flavor) and I overheard the team membertelling the manager (Evan) that something was on ?standby? - (I?m not entirely sure what that means) and the machine justneeded to be refilled even though they had told me and my friends those flavors weren?t available anymore?? So what is it? Isthe machine broken or is it just laziness to not refill it? In regards to the service, most of the time when I go I?m met withsuper friendly workers who go out of their way to help us but there have now been two times where I have seen the manager Evanyell at other coworkers in front of me and other customers and I think that is wildly inappropriate, there has to be a back ofhouse or even outside if he needs to get that frustration out but that fact that it has happened twice makes me think thatmanagement doesn?t care how their other employees are being treated by someone in a place of power. Safe to say, I will befinding a different fro yo place to relax and hang out with my girl friends. Do better Pinkberry this is so disappointing forwhat it used to be! Read more

I decided to try out Pinkberry for the first time, and I was sorely disappointed and disgusted that there were bugs in the... raspberry yogurt. The employee (I forget her name) was super kind enough to make a new batch. However, I have nothing nice tosay about the manager, Evan. Apparently he didn't like that the bug infested yogurt was "a waste", and we (as in ALL thecustomers) could hear him yelling at his employees in the back FOR DOING THEIR JOB. What kind of manager thinks it's okay tokeep serving food that has BUGS in it? I hope Evan has a change of heart, or they find new management because that wasincredibly unprofessional. Will definitely not come back. Read more

First time here. Tried 2 flavors: Cookies & cream was like a good milk chocolate, Coconut had an odd texture, but tasted good. ... Will return to try others. Read more

It's like any other froyo place, but better. There's a couple of key differences. First, their yogurt tends to be tarter than... any other froyo place. I think that has to do with the active cultures -- which I am presuming means it's healthier. Next, while they have pretty much all the toppings just like every other froyo place, it's not self-serve. Place your order and theyprepare everything for you. My advice? This spotlessly clean place is worth a visit, especially for the strawberry lemonadeyogurt, which was absolutely the best combination of sweet and tart that I've had in a long time. Read more

Awesome place for frozen yogurt! Somehow their froyo tastes better than most other places. It's not like the typical places... where you get as much as you want, but you just pick from 3 different sizes of cups and serving. You get to choose your toppingshere but the staff are the ones who put them on for you. The place is very clean and staff is helpful. There's usually nowait. Tip for parents: they have a Tiny size for kids, if you don't want them to be on crazy sugar high. Read more
