Ordered a pizza through the online portal. Google stated that the location was open, the MOD website stated the location was... busy and my order would be ready to pickup at 12:30. I get to the store and they are closed M-F until 4pm. How is it possible tobe charged for an order and then be instructed the location is busy, when they are not even open? Read more

After a long drive back into Austin, we decided to get some mod pizza since it?s our favorite. Our mistake was going to this one... in particular because the girl that helped us was extremely rude and kept a rude expression with us the whole time as if shewere disgusted. Throughout this event we were still nice, I work in customer service so I understand how employees and customerscan be sometimes. In the end when I was paying, even with her rude attitude, I kept calm. That was until I was waiting for myreceipt, she threw it across the counter at me. I still did nothing and decided to write a bad review later. But once we satdown she kept staying close by us constantly sweeping and following us around to the drinks twice. Was it a racial thing? Ihonestly don?t know cause she mad dogged us once we walked through that door till the time we left. But anyways the otherworkers which was a guy and a girl were kind. The crust tasted like cardboard, and when I ordered an anchovy pizza they only had three little anchovys to put on the entire... pizza. It was one of the most mediocre restaurant pizzas I?ve ever had in my life. Read more

First time in an assembly-line like pizza place. Staff were friendly and explained things as we went, and I thought the pre-made... options gave a good basis for adding and removing ingredients. I like that toppings can be added at no extra cost -- probablymakes other things on the menu cost a bit more, but I appreciate the fact that adding a vegetable isn't going to cost me $2+.Since the crust is pretty thin, it doesn't take too long to make the pizza. This was my first time here and wow. Amazingness, I don't just mean the pizza. The customer service was beyond amazing, the... place was spotless, and everyone had a great attitude. The woman that helped me was beyond amazing, even recommended I put baconon my pizza(which I did) amazingness. Do yourself a favor and try this place out. Thanks for an awesome experience. First time ordering from here! Great place and easy process to order online. The only thing i did notice is that i didn't get an... option to choose ham but maybe they add in the future? Who knows! This is like the subway of salad and pizza. Have it your way and don't pay for extra toppings. Mix it up and go crazy to create... your own master peice. The staff is amazing the process is quick and u get more than u need to stuff your face. Go salad or gopizza either way it's a win and you will leave feeling great.
