Me and my daughter got a steak burrito each on Sunday December 4th. A few hours after eating it we became violently sick. It is... Tuesday and we are still in bed and very sick from the burritos. We tried to call the store multiple times to warn others andlet the manager know but they will NOT answer the phone. Food safety must be an issue at this store so be very careful as mydoctor said this is a case of food poisoning from our meal at this store. Read more

The brown rice was only half cooked and very hard on the teeth. Could not eat more than a few bites because of the raw rice. Had... to waste all 3 items we had ordered for our family of 3 and rethink what we had to eat for dinner. Disappointed. Read more

Bad service. I placed an online order ahead of time, when I showed up, (2 minutes after my pickup time) I had to wait for... another 10 minutes, when I asked for my order I was told they were running behind. While I was waiting, at least 5 walk incustomers ordered and received their food, so I decided to get in line since there was just one customer in front on me, when itwas my turn to order, a lady told me that they wouldn?t make my food since I had placed an online order. This Chipotle consistently gets my order incorrect when ordering through the app. The orders are also rarely on time. It seems... as though this location doesn't have enough people working there for the amount of activity this location sees. And then tryingto get a refund or some kind of compensation from the Chipotle Support group is very difficult. Read more

This chipotle consistently fails to get online orders right. It?s not uncommon to order online and arrive at the estimated time... and find they haven?t started it. Meanwhile only one or two people are physically in line at the restaurant, indicating theydon?t know yet how to actually fulfill online orders- which is hard to believe in the post-COVID world. Seems to be a managementissue. Their ability to actually deliver what is ordered is terrible (like forgetting parts of the order, sides, or only afraction of a guacamole serving). Read more
