I understand being busy but there's no reason to be so rude! Completely uncalled for. My order was wrong the girl taking my... order cut me off before I could finish and then wouldn't let me complete my order. She was extremely rude the whole time, when Igot to the window someone told her hey you put regular coke instead of diet and she shrugged and popped the diet tab down on thecup and said oh well. Went there on my way to my destination to get a few orders on the drive thru, even though they got my order right and repeated... it 3 times, they did not put one my items in the bag and I just noticed when I got home. I called and they said they were unableto refund me for it through the phone and I had to go back there to get my nuggets. What kind of customer service is this? Youguys mess up our orders and we paid for items we didn?t get and we have to spend time and money since gas is not cheap at allthese times to go back and get it? Avoid this chick fil a seriously. This place is going downhill fast. I have been coming here three days a week for almost two years. The employee turnover was... bad. They used to be great. Their employees have been messing up my orders. I did no get my hash brown three times. Thispandemic is taking a toll on them.
