First time getting a bowl from this location and the food proportion is pathetic! And the price that I got charge is... ridiculous!! $18 for a bowl, it?s just crazy and look at the photos that have attached and the food proportion?I am never comingback? Read more
Used to be good last semester. Lines were long but moves fast, portions were pretty good for a meal swipe, and workers were busy... but friendly. Tried to come in three times for dinner this semester around 7:20pm, 40 minutes before closing time and watchedthem close up shop right in front of me all three times. Once walked into the supervisor yelling at the student employees, andheard rumors that two of them walked out the first week due to the toxic working environment. Hope they get their act togethersoon, as it used to be one of my favorite dining locations on campus. Read more
They made me wait 15 minutes at the front of the line while they were ?cleaning? (the guy was using paper napkins and had no... intention of getting work done quickly in the middle of lunch rush) and then wouldn?t let me get 3 salsas which has never been apolicy at this Qdoba or any Qdoba. They love scamming college students by giving half scoops too. Also the manager mocked mewhen I asked for red salsa even though there?s literally an item called ?salsa roja? which anyone would know means red salsa.Awful experience and a shame that they get away with the worst customer experience of any restaurant on campus. Wish we had achipotle at Purdue instead. Read more
When I first toured Purdue, I was so excited to have qdoba as a meal swipe. I was so disappointed in this excuse for a qdoba.... The quality is nowhere near a normal qdoba, they are constantly missing ingredients, and the staff are very unfriendly. Iunderstand that they are understaffed and busy, but everyone that I have talked to agrees that the staff are just plain mean tothe students who are just asking for a burrito bowl. Disappointed. genuinely awful customer service. they?re so stingy with their food portions. the guy barely put rice in my bowl, and when I... politely asked for a little more he rolled his eyes and acted all dramatic about it. theyre also very impatient and rushed theperson in front of me to decide what he wanted in his quesadilla. i get they can be stressed but when this happened, there wasbarely anyone in line. For a meal swipe you can get a bowl of food, a drink, and maybe a cookie or brownie (sometimes they don't have it). The drink... comes with the meal swipe but i guess a lot of people either skip it or just don't know it. QDOBA is extremely popular(lineoften goes out the door) during the normal week. I do wish they would put more actual food into the bowls though. One time, Iasked for extra rice but you apparently can't ask for extra if you also want beans. Really sucks but it's alright. Higher review because I like the food. Employees are nice, just very stressed, in a line environment like this and a ton of... students wanting food it's not necessarily the most pleasant job. Long wait times unless you get there early or get there duringa slow period. Food is good and tastes the same as any other Qdoba. Limited menu is a big downside though. Honestly factoringthat my meal swipe costs roughly $10, and a burrito at a normal chain store is $8, I do expect the same variety of food I wouldget elsewhere, seeing that I'm paying *more*. There is simply no excuse for this. Read more
All customers to this store are hostages of the meal swipe system on campus. Frequently out of lettuce, tortillas, and other... basic items. No steak at all. Staff couldn't work any slower and often grumpy. A shame on Qdoba's brand image. Do yourself afavor and eat at Chipotle on State St or make a sandwich at home. Read more
