Hands down the slowest McDonald's in all Lafayette/West Lafayette...its disgustingly SLOW! Why have the double drive thru if u... still only take one order at a time??? This McDonald's is probably the slowest in the state of Indiana....I get that sometimesyou can be short staffed or super busy but this happens every time. I pulled up with 1 car in front of me and still didn't driveaway with my order for over 20 minutes! Ridiculous...but when there's 2 full lines omg your waiting atleast 30 minutes minimal!I thought this was fast food? No other McDonald's has this problem every single time...needless to say after the 3rd time in arow waiting this long I will now go 15 minutes out of my way just to get the kids some french fries because even though thisMcDonald's is closer I will still be home sooner by going 15 minutes out of the way to a different one. Ummm why are employees SCREAMING at customers outside??? Constantly closing early and random times then getting mad that there... are customers in the drive thru lane b/c no one knows any different. First time using mobile app with new phone setup...I couldn't get the app to work right for me. On mobile app order and payment... looked fine...McChicken was made wrong and didn't get my large coke...This McDonald's is close to Chauncey Hill withcampus...The flow of drive thru is hard to get out the place with traffic and set up... Do you know when you aren?t sure what you?re hungry for?. So you?d like to see the menu? Well I was going through the drivethru... and the screen has the previous car?s transaction on it. I pulled up to have a lady ask about rewards & what I?d like to order. I said I didn?t have the menu screen & could she show it. Then dead silence! Nothing! Silence! More silence! I finally saidhello? She responds by? WAITING ON YOU! What??? I have no menu. Screen didn?t change! I explained and asked .. do you haveyogurt parfait? Answer? NO! This lady was so RUDE!!! It was her attitude & tone that just was awful. So I said I wasn?tordering and out of line I went! Then I waiting a few minutes & decided to call the McD establishment. I told them the story.Person that picked up phone answered by saying well they don?t have control over the screens changing. I said well I?ve askedin past when needed and employee changed it. Plus the lady at the drive through could have told me that. By simply saying itmight take awhile to change and then check back to me! The lady I got said nothing. She didn?t say after a little while hasthe screen changed, can I help you. Instead the lady said ?.. WELL I?M WAITING ON YOU! What? This place is SOOOO slow on taking orders. I swear they're purposely halting orders between cars to make their times look... "good". They need to stop fudging their times, stop pausing between orders and focus on making their kitchen move faster to helpas many customers as possible. There are WAY faster McDonald's located elsewhere while you'll literally crawl through this one'sdrive thru. Read more
