Sat in line for my mobile order for 45 mins. And this is what I got. An uncooked quarter pounder with cheese and cold fries.... When I told them the fries were cold they gave me reheated fries that were hard and tasted like grease. Read more
Visited here as we travel to see family. Though the place could use a good scrubbing, I have to give the workers kudos. They are... friendly and when a guy was being irate and irrational about his food,to the point he scared our kids and us pretty badly, theyhandled it great! But overall it was a decent experience. I ordered through DoorDash late last night and when my dasher got there the lady at the window said they didn?t have my order so... she went back through the line and asked again and asked for a manager just to find out my order was sitting there the wholetime next to the lady in the window I tried calling the store. Food was good, but some of the people there may make you uncomfortable. Probably not the best idea to have a smoke break right... next to the front door where your customers walk in. Family and friends of staff members should really leave customers alone.We are here to eat; not to be handed gag gifts by strangers. Though the joke was kinda funny, it just wasn?t professional.
