For me personally, the original Burger is the best. The taste is balance. Chili is also very good. The ice cream is also very... nice. French fries is good but for me personally I like a normal cut size rather than the thin they have. Service is a bit longbut still in tolerance. Overall is satisfying to have meals overhere. Food was absolutely amazing! And the manager was so helpful! I had a gift card and it wasn't working very well, so he took the... time to manually enter the code to my card, which was probably about 20 numbers long! He later came out with a root beer floatand said that they accidentally made an extra and offered it to me for free, which, of course, I said yes! Later, he also cameout with some onion rings and said they accidentally made to many, and gave them to me as well! I about put myself into a foodcoma! ???? But it was worth it for Freddy's! I?m an usual customer here, but today was a bad experience. The food was cold and the order was wrong.

Somehow, they have never gotten my order wrong. Food is decent. Cheese curds and onion rings are great! Frozen custard is... fantastic and they use malt syrup, not powder, which makes their malts so much better. Read more

This is a classic diner feel with shakes, burgers, and hot dogs. It was exactly what I expected from Freddie's with the... shoestring fries, custom steak burgers and hot dogs. We haven't been to Freddy's in a very long time and I kind of forgot how to order their burgers. All I remembered was that you... have to tell them every single ingredient you want in your burgers, minus the bun and patty. We learned that the hard way yearsago the first time we ordered there. Imagine our shocked when the burgers came with no ketchup, mustard, lettuce and tomatoes! This time, I forgot that their regular burger is a double burger. The single burger is huge enough for a small child to findchallenging to even take a bite out of, making a double pretty much impossible for a child to eat. I ordered regularcheeseburgers for all of us, and the cashier can plainly see that I was ordering for my kids too yet didn't bother to make sureit was the double burgers we wanted, not the single. With my attention on figuring out every single ingredient each kid wanted,I couldn't really watch the screen to make sure the order was correct. I was surprised by the total cost, but again didn't havetime to think about it while giving attention to my kids. When the burgers came out, they were huge and only as I started eatingmine did I realized they were double burgers. I went to the cashier to complain, thinking it was get mistake for putting in ourorder wrong. She politely explained to me that regular burgers WERE double burgers! After she spoke to the manager, she told methere's nothing they could do about it since we already got our order. I said that wasn't acceptable.
