We went to this location and decided to eat inside. We walked in, but there was nobody inside. The place was open, music was... playing, lights were on, and food was sitting in the kitchen getting cold. We waited a few minutes and even yelled to see ifanyone was there and got no response. We waited a bit longer and noticed people waiting in the drive-thru began leaving. We gotconcerned that maybe someone in the back had a medical issue or something else so we called the police to see if they could comecheck. About 20 min later (still no sign of anyone inside) the police arrived and they walked through the kitchen and thenopened the back door. That's when an employee walked in and tried to give us some bs explanation of the inside being closed andonly the drive-thru being open, but that was clearly a lie because nobody was being served in the drive-thru. We saw at least 5cars roll through and nobody in the kitchen making food or even taking orders. Meanwhile, all that food that was sitting out wasstone cold by this time and the employee offered to make us food. We declined and left along with the police. We were glad thatthere wasn't a serious issue, but this Arby's location has major management problems. Who knows how long the place was leftcompletely unattended (a half hour at minimum). Avoid! When I went through drive-thru I sat for a couple minutes before I kept getting cut off being asked "What else?" By the time i... get to my wife's order I was done and told them to just cancel the order and I drove around. The manager on duty [black guy] anddrive-thru associate [white lady] both refused to open the window so I wasn't able to get their names and store manager's nameto report the poor performance. The kitchen was dirty, girl at the counter just looks at you instead of greeting you. I ordered the new fish with fries and the... picture showed crinkle fries and the manager was running drive thru and cooking. He started to give me curly fries and I askedif I could please have crinkle fries like in the picture. The girl didn't tell me there was an option. The boy in the back wasslow and not caring about working. No pride in the job. No good leadership. And when the people are slow and don't have anycustomers, they should clean. The crew was nice. They seemed scared, but helpful. The meal is the BBQ. Did not know it came with mayo or that white sauce. It... looks ugly for the portions with bbq were good. I used a coupon, so the hit wasn't too bad. I ordered crinkle fries off the $1menu. They were good. A four is fair thanks to the coupon. I would not pay full price. Ya Sabes Read more
Pretty disappointed that although this listing (confirmed by the business six days ago) says it?s open until midnight, when I... stopped by at just after 10?? on a Monday all the entrances were locked (although there was an employee inside and I thinkprobably the the drive-thru was still open). The sign on the door clearly stated that both drive-thru and dine-in were openuntil 12:00 midnight. Not sure what?s up with that but as this was the third place I?d tried and encountered the same thing at(the McDonald?s and Wendy?s just down the road had the same situation going on) I just gave up and went hungry. Food on the kitchen floor. Looked like it had been there awhile, employees walking over it didn't seem to care. 2 cars in drive... through and only 2 dine in customers eating w nobody at counter yet we waited over 4 min to order. One serving of fries waswarm, the other cold. Gyro was ok but only lukewarm. I'd consider returning once mgmt is retrained or replaced. Lots of cleanerrestaurants available. Read more
Place is in need of repairs and a good cleaning. Went to the restroom and my feet stuck to the floor. Ceiling is water damaged... and ready to fall also got to listen to the manager yell at an employee for messing up and order in drive thru and how they aredown money. Let them know our order wasn missing a sandwich and had one slapped on top my fries with a there you go. Read more
Good "late night don't wanna cook" kind of meal. The lady at the window suggested a new sandwich to me, and I really enjoyed it.... Best fast food milkshakes. Read more
