I come through once a week or once every couple weeks. The staff are always so friendly & always find a way to make me smile.... Today I brought my pup with me & the staff showed pictures of their pups while we waited for drinks & gave us a pup cup first somy dog wouldn?t get impatient. I am a loyal Starbucks patron daily sometimes twice. I find it ridiculous you close the store for walk ins but the drive thru... remains open. If was a manager it would be opposite. I saw 4 people including myself try to get it to order but the inside wasclosed. 1 vehicle in the drive thru. Read more
Least friendly and left our breakfast out without letting us know it was ready. We were the only people in the restaurant.... Baristas have no sense of pride in customer service and impersonal "Can I take your order?" Vibe. Products out weren't offeredany close alternative. Loud patio beside HWY 97. I don't recommend repeat business at this location. Starbucks could put aproper patio over the lake for a true upscale Cafe experience but just contributes to air pollution with drive through takingpriority over the air patron's breath. Read more
12/10 for this location on Dobbin Road. Always on the ball. They know what you want before you do. I'm a regular and not only do... they know my usual fave off by heart but they make phenomenal suggestions based on my likes, always suggesting new amazingthings and custom drinks. Without calling out names "E" is the most friendly, happy go lucky and talented artist putting littledrawings and messages on my cup in the morning. Making my day! "B" is amazing and talented in anything he makes. I believe hewon an award for best barista. Never ever had a drink that wasn't outstanding from him. The whole staff is amazing. I love that first sip in the morning but not so much when the cup is over filled and the lid is falling off. I really didn't... want to wear my coffee this morning or clean my truck. Please secure the lids. Thank you. There were also coffee grounds at thebottom of my cup. Read more
