Not great, the pizza was very mediocre, also husband prepaid for our order, but I was not aware and was charged when I picked it... up . Not impressed with the customer service, felt super negative from the moment I walked in... The young manager that works there is so awesome friendly & personable. I wish I would have caught his name but we picked up... pizza October 30th around 6 pm. Their food is fresh with generous toppings and amazing crust. I highly recommend it. Best in west Kelowna

Went in for pickup of a Hawaiian pizza. We have Been customers for years. It was the most horrible pizza ever. Burnt to a crisp... on top the crust was dry and couldn?t even find the two toppings ham & pineapple in this overcooked brown mess. Wow verydisappointed as we had a very long trying day. I called within 15 min of pickup as we had taken down to the lake. Phoned as theywere closing soon. The guy was absolutely rude on the phone. Two guys working that night don?t know if it was the guy with pinkhair or guy with glasses and hat. Guys in their 30?s who definitely should have better customer service skills than teenagers. He was arguing he gave me free cheese extra right from the get go of the phone call and pretty much said nope don?t believe you.His response was have you dipped in to it. I said yes my senior mom & I have each had 1 piece. Nope no offer to re make andsaid no not going to make it right in the future for you cuz I cooked it and it was on the conveyor belt for exactly 6 min 30seconds. Who cares buddy it?s burnt and you have no right working in customer service. Imagine treating two ladies in their 50?sand 70?s that way. How appalling MURRAYS PIZZA. To have someone like that working for you! Used to go weekly back in the day inpeachland. How times have changed. Bad food. Gross food tasted like burnt plastic. X cheese I don?t think so. What a horribleplace this turned in to. Never again and the employee on the other end could really care less .
