I ordered a blizzard they went to prepared for me, after 25 minutes waiting in the window's drive-thru I start to horn because... nobody gave me my ice cream, then Noah showed up in the window and gave me the ice cream melted, I told him I don't want it, Iasked to redo it. Then I asked Noah for explanation and names and he refused to give me the information, very mean guy trying toscape from the problem, after that Gracie appeared and I ask her name. Always great BLIZZARDS!!! All around awesome ice creams and orange Julius drinks...... Such a great place for a cool treat on a... hot day or evening. When ordering food, it's always been made freshevery time Ive gone, unlike some other fast food joints wheretheir foods sits under a heat lamp for who knows how long which isnt very appealing. ordered an ice cream cake, the staff that helped me doesn't know how much things cost. she said the trade mark fee was only 2... dollars on top of the price of the cake. it wasn't... didn't want to argue about it when I picked up the birthday cake on mydaughter's birthday. they are busy and have slow service, but understandable, every where is short staff.
