It was Wendy's. The food was fine. The service was fine, a bit slow. My main complaint was that the drink dispenser (a coke... freestyle) that was broken and was dispensing ice randomly leaving a big wet spot on the floor. The employees (to be fair thereprobably weren't enough of them) weren't even trying to keep the floor dry or the machine clean. They just put out a wet floorsign. It would have taken them a couple of minutes to make it a much safer, cleaner environment. Read more
No ketchup in the ketchup container. I told the cashier two different times and nothing was done. Other customers tried to get... ketcup from the container nothing was done to correct the situation. Who wants to eat fries without ketchup. The manager wasthere still nothing done. Will not eat at this Wendy's ever again! Read more

Don't try to get anything customized. I've never gotten a correct order when asking to add or take away anything on a burger.... Really annoying when you pay extra for something through the app to attempt to get your money back. If you want it standardthey are pretty good about it. Fries are always hot and fresh and they don't normally take too long through drive thru. Read more
