Every time we go, they are always out of chow mein and other popular items. Even when we ordered online, we had to wait 30+... minutes after our pickup time for our food to be made. The workers have not been the nicest or apologetic about not having foodready. I won?t be going to this Panda Express anymore because it just takes way too long. When you go, just be ready to wait. The new manager is very sincere and went out of his way to apologize for the food taking longer than expected to cook. I didn't... mind the wait because my husband was holding down the fort staying at home with the 3 kids ???? it was a nice break! The foodwas very fresh and the employees worked well together. I got a bowl with super greens and teriyaki chicken. They were out of both of those so I ordered, paid, and waited. Which I have... no problem with. But while I sat there and waited I watched every single employee most the time handle food, tongs, and spoonsall without wearing gloves. They would grab the spoons to scoop up rice low enough down the handle their hand was touching therice. Then they would scratch their neck, or touch their hair, and go straight back to serving food, not washing their handsonce. I was probably in the restaurant in 10 minutes. There was one gal that wore gloves about half of the time, but other thanthat nobody else was wearing gloves. Not the cashier who would go cut up the teriyaki chicken then go back to cashiering, not tocook in the back, not the two girls up front serving all the food. I find it very unsanitary to have employees touching all overtheir bodies then putting their hands in the food they expect customers to then eat. I even asked the gal when she handed me myfood if they are supposed to be wearing gloves when handling food, and she gave me this look of confusion and said of course weare. She herself had been cashing people out, then grabbing pieces of the teriyaki chicken and cutting it up, then cashingpeople out again all while not wearing gloves a single time. Read more

Some of the worst service I've received in years. I'd already paid and waiting for food that was already prepared. Then I get... told I have to wait for the four customers behind me because they were in front of her. It didn't matter that I was there andpaid before them. Their food isn't so good that they can treat their customers that way. In the end, I didn't even get all myfood. Unacceptable. Read more

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. The food was great, the place clean and service was friendly but the temperature inside was... very uncomfortable. Hopefully the issue is resolved. Otherwise I was happy. Read more

Although I haven't given up on this location yet. They can be rather slow. I'm here now. I've ordered and have been waiting 20... minutes. It's also very hot in here. Again. I'm not giving up on them yet. I love panda Express. I'm hoping they'll addressand fix these problems like I know they're capable of. Edit. 30 minutes for one plate. The food looked good, I never really come to this panda because the first time we went they forgot to put our food in one of our... boxes, after a long time we decided to give them another shot and it was okay until today they forgot to put my angus steak inmy box?it wasn?t even busy, this costs extra too. Employees if you are reading this please make sure you put all of yourcustomers food in the box before giving it to them. It?s really upsetting when you get home to find you are missing your food :( Read more

TL;DL: The chicken they served was not cooked. (Still waiting to see if I get food poisoning.) It took them 32 minutes to take... my order with no one ahead of us. Paid extra for he black pepper Angus beef. For 4 very small pieces. (Pics included) Lastnight we went to panda express. There was one person waiting for their order and us. My nephew sat there waiting for 19 minutesuntil they took his order and it took them 32 minutes before they took mine. They kept filling online orders while ignoring usas we were standing at the counter waiting to order. When they did finally take my order I asked if they were going to makeanymore of the black Angus pepper beef..cause there was only a couple small pieces left. The guy said he would tell them too andit would take 7 minutes. I also ordered orange chicken. Less then 2 minutes later they said that my order was ready. Strangethat wasn't anywhere near 7 minutes. As I opened it up and they gave me couple small pieces that were left without making moreany more. Keep in mind I paid $1.25 extra for that. Which is just ridiculous. (Pics included.) I took a bite of the orangechicken and looked and it was pink inside. Which is a serious health code violation. I had eaten most of it at that point. Butthe 3 pieces I had left all were pink inside. I went up and showed the lady who took my name and offered me a free meal. I saidI'm not worried about that. I'm worried about getting sick. As well as everyone else you've served this chicken to today. Shesaid okay. And didn't do anything. Didn't even take the test of the chicken of the line out front.
