Just the worst chicken ever, no skin on any the 16piece meal that I just ordered... it looked like some one eat it and threw it... back up in the bucket..... its very sad that there is just no respect what so ever...... i will never be back to that KFC .customer service in drive thru was the worst very sarcastic people working their. The staff at this location are amazing. They are truly the living embodiment of "Take Care of the Customer". I ordered food... online for delivery, but the door dash runner botched the delivery so I called this location and explained the situation tothem. They told me to go to the store personally and they would make things right. When I went in, not only did they replace myorder, but they ensured I got one that was freshly made. I can't tell you how much that small gesture meant. They could havejust given me anything that was already ready to go, but they went above and beyond to make sure I took home a freshly cookedmeal. Food was good, line moved quickly and efficiently. Customer service was great, due to the very helpful and friendly young woman,... Paige, who took my order and assisted me at the window! The customer ahead of me had just completely treated her unfairly andpoorly, and she didn't let it affect her in the slightest! Let's do better to treat the people in customer service better! 755 pm on Sunday- we pull up and the hours state they are open until 10pm. The parking lot was full, one car ahead in the drive... thru, I have no idea if they were allowed to order. Our window was not down yet when we pulled up and hear the speaker. I didn?thear what they said, but at the time, thought the female said ?please wait, we will be with you or order when ready,? butapparently not. We were just looking the menu and a snotty girl came on and said ?we are closed!? Probably annoyed because shethought we heard the first time. Looking at the other reviews, closing whenever they feel like it is a thing here. I guess theydo not like money. Instead we went to the KFC on 90th and were able to purchase our food. Terrible. I have gone to KFC before numerous times. This time and some others??not good at all. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich... and got two strips on a bun. Didn?t get the fries on either meal. The strips didn?t even taste good either. Dry and tasteless.At least tell me if you can?t give me what i ordered so i don?t spend money on something i don?t want Shouldn?t be leaving onestar. This store feels as though they can close and stop taking order when ever they feel like it. Says this store is open until 10pm... but decided to close well before 8:00pm. Feel like they shouldn?t ignoring customers hours before they close. Incrediblyunprofessional and a 3.0 rating is being nice, when it should be a 1.0 rating. Read more
