Reviews for KFC in West Jordan, UT
They stayed open until their posting closing time. I know that might seem ridiculous, however, other KFC in the area close... without warning and are incredibly rude (Jordan landing location). This is not just 1 or even 2 times. This is our new favoriteKFC, even though it is 10 more minutes away from our home, we will gladly come here. The food was great. The meat was perfectly seasoned and juicy and soft. The mashed potatoes was warm and coleslaw was fresh.... Their root beer was great as always. Friendly people as well. Read more

Pretty much the only place with their lobby stilled closed. Give me a break, we are all sick of these stupid Covid restrictions.... What has it been? 3 years!! pure laziness. Placed an order on the app Sunday at 3:15 for an hour later. I get to the store and doors are locked. I wait in the curbside... parking and no one brings out my order. At 4:30 I find out my order was canceled on the app. I get in the line in thedrive-through with 3 cars ahead and 1 behind. We wait 10 minutes without moving. Finally someone determines that the employeesare not answering the intercom, won?t open the window when it was knocked. We could clearly see two vehicles parked by the backdoor. If you HAVE to close before posted hours, put up a sign. If you are simply uninterested in serving customers, close downfor good and we will ALL go elsewhere. Read more
They were very slow see picture of people waiting for food, drink machine was broken see picture. The dining area was just... remodeled and looks very nice but the floor behind counter was filty dirty, see picture. Food was good when we finally got it. Read more
Done with this location... Food is fine, the problem is that in my 3 times coming to this location I've literally never gotten... the things that I've ordered. And yeah shame on me for not checking my bag, but I've never had a place be this wrong this manytimes.
