I went in last Tuesday after a movie at 7:15 pm to get a caramel apple, it was rainy and cold and I had ten dollars cash. There... was three people behind the counter, two cleaning and one waiting on a customer. No one welcomed or acknowledged me. I waitedfor my turn, and when the customer left I still waited. Finally the cashier came over and asked if she could help me. I told herI would like an apple and pointed at the one I would like. She told me she couldn't sell me that one because she had to sellthem in order, which means I get an old one instead of the nice new one. This isn't the first time I got an old, stale productat cold stone. If it was busy and not seven pm on a cold rainy night I could understand, but c'mon, stingy when I'm the onlycustomer for miles? I ordered an ice cream for my son and they asked if there was going to be any mix-in?s. I said very clearly, ?m&m?s?. I wasn?t... watching who did the mix-in, as I was ordering my own ice cream afterwards. When they handed me my son?s ice cream, I noticedthey put in brownies and not m&m?s. Not sure how those sound alike. After I paid, it was pouring rain out and didn?t want to goout and run to the car especially with the little one. If you?ve been to this location, you know they have their chairs andtables up. It?s near the end of 2022, the pandemic is over. Anyways, there happened to be a chair down so we went over, had myson sit to start eating his ice cream and I stood. But only a few minutes later we were kicked out and told that dining wasclosed. Amazing! Love this ice cream with so many flavor options it?s fantastic!
Shocked that you still can?t dine in at this location. We have been to many cold stones and can dine in at those other... locations. They said it?s still due to Covid which is crazy because everywhere is back to normal in my opinion. Employees wereefficient and handled it well. Ice cream was excellent, But it would be nice if management could change it to dine in. This typeof ice cream is like a ?dine in? type of experience in my opinion. Hope to come back again when the dine in option is availablebecause we love meeting up with family for ice cream on celebrations. Read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been trying to order a cake online for over a week and I can't. How do you expect to... run a buisness like this. I went in to order a cake and the person I spoke to a girl who was super rude, nobody was wearingname tags, but I found her name was Jada. She rolled her eyes at me and said she could not take my order that it was too late.I work till late in the evening and that's why I have been trying to order online. She said I would have to get a cake from thedisplay. But the cake display had very few options, and the cakes were messy, and didn't look very appealing. I would never comeback to this location.
