We went here on a Wednesday for my best friends bday dinner. It was a group of 8 people we were seated pretty quick. Right... away our waitress asked for drinks and appetizers. They have a lot of options a lot of good food! The only downside is thatthey don’t do complimentary bday dessert you actually have to sign up for their rewards AND it takes a few weeks to getthere. When we got there the server told us to sign up and we would get the reward right away - well that wasn’t the case andthey charged us for them 8.99 each as we were celebrating 2 bdays. We explained to them what we were told and the manager madeit right. They also ran out of salsa for the chips and salsa which I found odd. Read more
Jasmine you are amazing! We all know how frustrating it is to talk to someone who doesn’t listen. Jasmine definitely cares and... listens to the littlest details to make sure everything is correct. The cooks have done an amazing job as well. I give the teamfive stars for the great customer service and the amazing fajitas! Me and my family wanted to have a cute and fun Monday lunch so we went to chili’s. As we got into the restaurant there was... already a long wait, we sat on the hard benches for about 30 minutes. Once we sat down it was smooth, we ordered our apps. andthey were quick and quite good I might add, I had ordered the bacon ranch burger but once everyone’s food came I took a lookat mine and it wasn’t the food I had ordered so I sent it back and once the waitress came back with the right food it wasn’tgiving what it was supposed to give. Also I was looking at what to order I had taken a look at the prices and in my opinion theywere overprice for their mid level food. I would eat there again but not get the bacon ranch burger. The first time we came here we didn’t have a good experience but we thought we would give them another chance. Don’t waste... your time or money going here. My food was over cooked my daughters was under cooked. We were seated by the kitchen and theyhad the music playing so loud. The music they were playing had the N word and the F word. Not appropriate to be playing. Whenwe got our bill they had over charged us by $25. We had to ask 3 different people to finally get help on our bill. They did giveus a discount but it still wasn’t worth a dime we paid. I would NOT recommend this place and will never go back. Read more
Went here for a late lunch/early dinner. Service was SO fast! We ordered & got our chips & salsa & guacamole. Started munching... on that & our food came out right after. We didn’t even eat much of our chips & salsa! Drinks were fantastic. I loved thestrawberry lemonade monthly margarita. Chicken quesadillas & pasta were really good. Steaks cooked to perfection. I’ll alwaysbe a fan of chilis, but this chilis was overall fantastic! Read more

Went to this Chili's restaurant in West Jordan part of celebrating my Birthday earlier with the family. After finding out the... meal I got wasn't what I expected, the manager here, brought me another meal and went up and beyond to make me and my familyhappy! I mean what a great guy ,such a good food, good service, such a great manager!!! It has been a while since I've gone toa restaurant and been treated like Royalty!
