Service sucked! The kid at the drive-thru was extremely rude and very flustered. Order was completly wrong. My drink was half... way full. Service was slow, it took almost 20 mins to get a wrong order! Not impressed at all. Read more
I have lived next to this arctic circle for over 15 years. I have never been out of the drive thru in less than 15 minutes even... if I'm the only car there. That said, it was always convenient so they got my business. Tonight was the last straw. We ordered2 shakes and sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. They brought one shake out already melted. When I requested it to beremade so I could enjoy my $7 shake they refused and tried to hand me the same one back. I got a refund and we went just alittle further to the new Culver's down the street. I saved $5 on 2 shakes I was literally in and out of the drive thru withinminutes, even with cars in front and behind me. Save your money Culver's is close, has better food, prices and wait times. If you want to step back in time to the 1980s where fast food joints used a microphone to blast your order back to the kitchen,... this is the place for you. The 90s called and asked for their decor back also. The food is just plain gross with burgers noteven warm enough to melt the processed cheese straight out of the cellophane wrapper tossed on top. Halibut was 13.00 and was obviously precooked and reheated. Not the same as all other arctic circle halibut I?ve had. Usually... love the fish from other locations. Do not go to this one. It?s dry and dehydrated. Read more
