Stop the fear mongering and open the doors. Immediately went somewhere else when they were locked. Tons of people choose other... places to eat when they see the doors locked, losing business. It had been forever since we went to A & W! I love this place! The one that was close to us is no longer there but we will... definitely come back to this one! It is worth the drive out! The service was great and the price wasn't too bad! Looking forwardto going again soon! Read more
We ordered a root beer freeze. Waited 15 minutes. When at window we were told to move forward and when we finally received it,... we mentioned it was mostly root beer and asked the worker to put in more ice Cream in it since we weren?t going to bother with afreeze & would settle for a float at that point and she said the owner said you would have to buy another freeze. Their lobby is still closed so we went through the drive through to buy just 1 1/2 gallons of root beer. We pulled up to the... window and he said he couldn?t give us a half gallon with no explanation. So I asked if we could then do 2 gallons and he saidsarcastically ?I?d have to charge you?. Obviously I wasn?t expecting it for free so I said that was fine and the man at thewindow just huffed and walked away while we waited for him to take our card. He came back, took our payment then told us to pullup. We waited 15 minutes for just 2 gallons of root beer! 5 cars total that ordered food after us ended up passing us in thedrive thru!! Poor customer service. Root beer float was a disappointment. I could make better root beer float by buying vanilla ice cream and... A&W root beer bottle at Walmart. Never ever go back to this place again! Read more
Been here 3 times now and each time the employees look sad and over worked. Service is okay, but they?re always understaffed,... took 18 minutes in drive thru to get 3 small root beer floats and we had to pull up and wait in front of the drive thru line ofcars. Read more
My hotdog was overcooked and the bun was stale. On top of that I had to wait for about ten minutes before receiving my drive... thru order. They didn't provide utensils with the order even though we ordered food that necessitates utensils. Root beer wasamazing though, as always. Read more
