Went for breakfast this morning & the first window took my card & paid for my order. I get to the second window & the lady is... asking if I paid, she wanted my receipt and when I told her I was never given one she then shuts the window to talk to the otherladies in the window. I found the transaction on my bank acct & told her it in fact did go through and another lady comes to thewindow so I show her the transaction & she rolls her eyes & the other lady gives me my food. The amount of disorganization &rude employees at this location is unreal. If I could have given 0 stars that would be my opt. Read more
Absolutely poor customer service. The "workers" were too busy playing around with friends to even acknowledge we were there even... after seeing us waiting. Not even worth 1 star. Sept 25, 2022 around 10:45pm if management even cares to see who was working. Read more
Worst McDonald's ever!!! Also wouldn't get ice tea from this location the top lid is never on very unsanitary!!! Bugs flying all... in it and around it!!! Never can get food quicker than 15 minutes whether I'm in drive thru or dining room... Horrible staffmembers very rude n unprofessional!!! Read more
I'm really not a fan of the food, but my kids asked for Happy Meals as a treat when we were in the area. The building looks... brand new and employee working the drive thru orders was very friendly. We received our food right away, which doesn't usuallyhappen at McDonald's. Read more
On Tuesday 7-12-22 I went to the drive thru around 2:45 pm. I was the ONLY customers so great this should be a good experience.... I ordered a 2a which is a quarter pounder meal, I got home and had a greasy hard as a rock chicken sandwich and ice coldfries! I was the only customer how could you screw up this bad????? Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. This was my Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese on 02/18/2022 at 6:16PM. They weren?t busy,... but I had to pull up to a parking spot from the drive thru. The woman at the drive thru was very short with me and messed mywhole order up. She never even told me my total until I had to ask her for it before she took my card. I ordered two mcchickens,one add tomato and another one with no lettuce but add cheese. I received one mcchicken, extra lettuce and add tomato. My friesand nuggets were extremely old and stale, they were so dry. I actually am getting ahold of corporate right now, I willabsolutely not be returning here again. Horrendous customer service, I ordered a large caramel frappe, large Coke Zero, and large sweet tea, they weren?t even able to... get that right. Highly recommend going to a different McDonald?s. Read more
