This is not a friendly location. Several times I have been in there, standing, waiting for them to address me at the counter.... They seem under-prepared. Second, the staff is not nice at all. I walked in the other day for a mobile order pickup, the facecovering that I had on was not to their liking. They asked me to change it. For a MOBILE pickup. Walking in 10 seconds. I askedif they had a mask that they would prefer me to wear. They did not. I am 100% for safety and appropriate measures. But whenfollowing LA county rules and while being mindful, I do not appreciate being treated like this. I think they were having a roughstart to the day, or woke up on a bad side of a bad bed. Easily one of the best Starbucks that I?ve ever been to. Everyone is very attentive, and super friendly. I went to this location... everyday on my vacation, and have no complaints. Read more

Be warned the people that run the building are absolute jerks & will give you a parking ticket, yes he will actually come by &... time you while you don't know even if you didn't see an attendee & call the city parking enforcement to ticket you, real loser,Really bummer I really like this starbucks. Uneducated and RUDE staff LA County COVID provisions state "Any service of food, beverages, and/or alcohol that involves a... customer sitting or remaining onsite indoors or outdoors to CONSUME food or beverages is prohibited." Nothing in this ordinancestates one cannot WAIT for food or a beverage on-premise. Their uneducated and rude staff and management don't understand thisdistinction, but other local establishments do. They can ask people politely not to sit-down, but do not say that it's thegovernment enforcing what you're saying. It's your lazy and rude staff not wanting to clean anything or do any extra work!!! Cold and unfriendly Starbucks . Some staff are nice , a couple are pretty rude . However it?s mostly the cold and lacking a... community feeling atmosphere of this Starbucks make it a last resort choice . I loved the one they closed on Santa Monica Blvd .Such a shame Read more
